The staff that helped me go through the process were excellent! Vy and her colleague were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions . They provided seamless customer service . They have gone above and beyond my expectations. I absolutely recommend them to family and friends . Everything was explained very diligently. And most of all , they were very honest w their items. The price was very reasonable. I couldn’t ask for anything better . I am super happy with what I got from their store . They even took the time to check in w me to see how the item was working and if I have any questions .Thank you very much! All I can say is , THE PHONE GUYS ARE AMAZING! Yo, this experience was so surreal! V and Sergiu were so patient and knowledgeable. Since I’m old school, I was a little overwhelmed about reviewing new technologies and finding the best device that would help me adapt to a new business landscape. I was really impressed with the way that they took the time to ask questions that were relevant to my needs. Then they made great recommendations for the products/investments that would best help me to grow my business. Never once did I feel obligated to buy, but I was glad to do so. If you’re in need of electronics (phone,game console, laptops, tablets or accessories etc…) the phone guys in federal way is the place to go! Giang the customer service rep there was amazing! Outstanding service with a ton of patience’s. I am not an easy person to work with as I am indecisive most times but She was very attentive and very prompt in all that she did for me she educated me and directed me through the Entire process there were no gray area make sure that I knew exactly what I was saying exactly what I was getting at all that I will be responsible for. I think it’s safe to say it was refreshing to have someone display great customer service at its finest! Love everything thanks Giang!
