I cannot speak more highly of this bank. They go above and beyond on their customer service. They are honestly some of my daughters favorite people! They are always kind..They even go as far as remembering her favorite lollipop. In a world of busyness and cruelty they are the bright spot of kindness needed. More than a bank...much more than that. ❤

I'm a snowbird. I do not have an account at this bank. One is able to go in and get cash with debit card & ID. You do not need to use outside ATM.

Don’t close an account that is less than 6 months old or thee is a $40 fee even if you have other accounts. Crazy and not helpful…

My husband had an account with this bank last year and he applied for a loan with an online company named money messiah and gave them his account info to have the money deposited in to his back account but the loan company must be fake because they put a check in to his account and then went back and took me money plus his money in the account and caused a to be overdrawn and the bank ended up charging him for the overdrawn amount and then closing his account and making him get a new bank all together. Right before his SSI check was about to get deposited in to his account but instead he had to wait almost two months to get his money from the check and it took forever to get a new bank account because most other banks didn't want to open an account for him since he was pretty much kicked out of their bank haha so he ended up getting an online banking account and it is a pain in the behind lol 😂😆😆😆😂😂😂😆😆😆😂
