We use this 5/3 location for our business banking needs. The associate who helped us set up our account was very knowledgeable. We visit the branch weekly to conduct face-to-face transactions; the tellers are always very friendly and helpful. It’s really nice getting greeted when we walk in the door.

Best bank branch I’ve ever dealt with. The ATM however really needs replacing, that thing is always breaking or eating cards or something. The branch itself is just the best, they’re always friendly, remember your name and catch up with you like best friends, their wonderful to bank with.

Jeanette, Tony, Nick, and Kara are always super kind. Been doing business with them for my business and personal for months. Great people!

Convenient location on SR 54 and Grand Boulevard. Helpful, friendly staffs, the wait wasn’t terribly long. This location has ample, spacious, shaded parking, easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Wish the online banking on the phone app offered more options like wire transfers.

Came in thinking it would be a hassle but was wrong, Talked to John and he made the process very easy even came to the counter with me to help me make my first deposit. Very appreciative for his help!

While banking here is normally effortless Im infuriated with the stupidity of requiring a vender to call and verify a cancellation through a conference call. I gave the hold release code, gave proof of cancellation, and verified I was who I said I was. Requiring a conference call is absolutely ludicrous. You are holding my money for no reason and you have the ability to release it at any time.
