This Branch Has Horrible Service! Specially during lunch hours. Plenty of individuals to provide support however after maybe 10-15 minutes of waiting in line someone will address you and advise that they will be right with you. No common courtesy just plenty of smiling and waiting. If you want service here use the drive-thru window-....

I went there and saw they are closing. No wonder why they are closing. Never saw such a horrible service at any branch. only one employee was helping customers. 4 customers were standing in line for more than 15-20 mins. Fire the manager right away.

I go to this Wells Fargo because the company I work uses this bank, but the service drive up is terrible !!!!!!, they can see you waiting in the car and no one serves you, the workers look at you and they don't attend to you.

Bank was empty , nobody available , servide is horrible , Is the only company that everyone go to lunch at the same time 3 pm, nothing professional

This is e the worth bank in seen, the wait to be help by a cashier was to king when I complained respectfully to the bank manger she come back with zero apology and nasty actitud touch me and the other few in the line complaining, the least she could do was sayin I apologize we are short in personal, she said you have to wait there is only one person working , with a nasty actitud, everyone was like waooo what is this , as a 15 years Wells Fargo customer I’m offended and I’m planing to move my finances to another bank.

Horrible cuatomer service at this branch. Needed a document notarized. Literally no one waa in the branch except me and staff. waited ocer 30 minutes and left. No one asked me what I needed while I waited. Meanwhile staff is chatting it up on the offices

Horrible experience with Wells Fargo lately. Worst one yet was with Camilo called in asking if I could have a check cashed from a loan for a apartment deposit and he had confirmed to me based on my information. Then Wells Fargo location said it was not able to make exception because I did not have 3,000 in my account. Wasted my time and was late to work dealing. It was disrespectful I would have done the online mobile deposit and not wasted my my time.
