Saved by Best Buy. Accidentally left my ear buds on the plane. Best Buy had a deal to get me by.

They’re the friendliest! My friends and I stayed about half an hour after closing without noticing and the staff didn’t mind! They were kind and accommodating, this is now my go-to BestBuy.

Dayi is amazing, so kind, patient , knowledgeable, and professional. She knows her stuff, go and ask for her when you come. Also, Alberto the manager was great!

Went to bestbuy to buy an apple airtag but it was sold out. The customer service was good. They search their system to see if any bestbuy nearby had them but none did. I wasn’t successful on buying what I need and they made my shopping experience good. In and out.

The attention I received at this store was outstanding. The young man who took care of me took his time, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Personal is very attentive, addressed the costumer right away as soon you enter the store and well knowledge of where the products you are looking for are located. The store is clean and well illuminated, with a good stock, like on my case pc components and accessories. By far, one of the top Best Buy stores on South Florida, my best regards to management and the employees!!

Juan and Emiliano are superb at handling customer service. They know how to do their job effectively and with urgency. This location has come through for me time after time. I also had the pleasure of meeting on my first visit the general manger, Jean Michael. He gave me the best service I have ever experienced at any Best Buy! Thank you gentleman. Absolutely fantastic! Had to go to Greek Squad side of Best Buy & an employee named Jason helped me out (I was having an issue with my phone.) He was such a huge help, and he did it all with a smile & a great attitude!

I love best buy. The dvd section is so small compared to even 5 years ago but it is what it is. Workers are very tentative. Great customer service.
