Walked into Doral store, very well lit, orderly, found almost new but very clean shopping cart, immediately found a helper to find different things, he even patiently walked with me to each spot and answered my questions. As always found all I needed. Cashier very pleasant, quickly checked me out. For Over 20 years, this store in Doral has consistently provided an A+ service! Keep up the good work!

Great overall experience made even better by Nicholas. I went to print a large amount of docs and left my usb in the printer without realizing. I came back the next day and thankfully Nicholas was working and helped me retrieve my lost usb! I was so relieved and thankful. Shoutout to Nicholas!

I have to say today it's a happy day. Got my ipad.air 2 repaired. Arrived via FedEx to my work. Honestly I was hesitating spending 200$ to fix the screen or buy a new one. But they had a promotion running of 25%off. Also after talking to Bryan B. and his manager Olman, I felt to go forward fixing it. I did my homework as a consumer, searching prices around on google webs and all were about the same. What made me feel more comfortable and my iPad will be ok it's a well-known store it's been open for years. Thanks again for taking the time listening and explaining. Definitely a great store to fix your gadgets! They sell extra warranty too for your repaired items.

Office Depot is reliable for all my office needs. They have a variety of products for home or office without having to go to multiple stores looking for something.

I ordered business cards online, and it was a great experience! There is nothing negative I can say about it. I've been here in person as well, and their printing services are always fast and efficient. I had no issues with online ordering, and I'll be coming here again for sure.

This is my favorite Office depot. The manaer the clerks, they are so friendly and helpful

Best experience ever, employees were so nice and worked so hard to make a bad experience turn into a wonderful one . We ordered on line at another location and after waiting two hours were told the product was out of stock. We called this Doral location 25 minutes before closing and they took care of us ... we got our product and I will Always use this location even though it’s much further from our home . Thank you to the entire Team ... great job and customers for life

Leticia is amazing. I have no words for what an amazing employee she is and what a great asset she would be to any company. I sent over an order to print without realizing the store was closing early. Despite being the only employee in her department and with a ton of customers at the time, Leticia was able to help us! I would definitely recommend you ask for Leticia.

I Give this review mainly because manager Mr. Marazzi is extremely helpful, straight to the point, knowledgeable, and understanding. Not the typical service in Miami. I am very happy about this. I believe that the copy area needs more help or personnel which is maybe outside his hands.

I need to make several pdf an consolidate In a memory.the flor sales guy inform me and instructed me everything I am 69 years old and I don't know nothing about technology he get a memory card for me and walk Witt me to the copy section tha young girl over there was very attentive and professional . Bottom line it was a wonderful experience in office depot and I will certainly back anytime I need it again

Great experience. I needed to select a printer toner and Jose was very helpful giving me options and picking them for me. All staff at the door and the register were really nice. Good job!

HAROLD was the name of the person that helped me at the print & copy in this Office Depot. A B S O L U T E L Y best customer service EVER!!!!If this person is not a manager I really hope he gets a Promotion. He was absolutely detail oriented, nice, listened to my needs and got the job done in less then the time that other office Depot did. Every person that works in customer service should be like him.

Floor salesperson led me directly to both locations I could choose the products I was looking for ... and, when there wasn't a posted price on something that was on Close Out table, he instantly scanned and provided me that price ... which caused me to add that to my purchase as well.
