Great selection for parties. Much better than other locations

Honestly I never thought I would find myself writing a review of party city but here it is. I walked into this Party City and for the first time ever I was greeted by the employees with their slogan "welcome the the party" which made a dent in my mood because I came to get a refund on something that I was able to order online for pick up but later was told it wasn't available at the store. I was helped so quickly and efficiently I totally forgot I originally came in with a sour mood. The cashier, Bella, was so kind and professional that I had to tell her "this is the best Party City I've ever walked into." If corporate needs a template on customer service, all they need to do is come to this store.

Friendly people and quick service. I had no wait at all for balloons when I walked in 10 minutes after they opened.

prices are good and a great variety

I called ahead to make sure they have what I was looking for and the lady over the phone was super nice and helpful. They have a policy of not inflating the balloons until you pay them but if you pay online then they can have them ready for you. I was paying cash so I had to go in person but the service was super fast! The staff was really nice. There are restrooms and free parking

The best store for all my needs. Plus the GM and all the staff are AMAZING! Especially with helping to suggest other items if they are out of something. I’m a regular but that’s why I give it 5 stars. They haven’t disappointed yet!

Oh God... the shelves are so empty.... they are low on shipment as well along with every other store. I did however find a few items i needed. They can't help the shipment problems.

Place is good, clean, with extensive products for your party. They have customes, hats, sunglasses for common party and from movies. Staff is supportive and attentive. Ask for deals at the time!

Excellent store with huge inventory of all kinds of party supplies, costumes, decorations and many more. Also Christmas, Halloween and other annual calendar events with product at fair prices.

Walking into party city I was greeted by the lovely Gia. She is so amazing and helpful, she was able to help me find decorations for a party.

Well organized. Well stocked. Friendly and able staff. Could hire more people for special holidays. The lines to pay are long but quick.
