eric the branch manager is very committed. He is also on the same page with some of the stuff ill be dealing with this year!!

This branch is an asset to the community as well as to me. The employees know me and I know them. Always courteous and polite. The manager, customer service representatives always helpful with questions I need assistance with.
Great Staff

I have been going to Regions bank since 2009. I have had awesome services whether locally or even with the national service center. One year on a Superbowl Sunday their fraud department called me and asked if I was out of state and I said no. I was notified that my debit card number was used in another state and city. The card was destroyed immediately and the couple hundred dollars spent was not billed to me. I never wanted to go to another bank and believe all my banking needs are met at Regions Bank at any branch I visit.

I made a horrible mistake with my banking, I deposited a large sum of money into a wrong account, and in a panic called and spoke to Eric, he was calm cool and helped me resolve the issue quickly, it could’ve been horrible for me and he made me feel better right away. At the end of the day the money was back in my account safe and sound. Thank you so much Regions Bank in Newport Ritchey !

Regions has been my preferred financial institution for many years. I have rarely had situations that were not 100% positive but when this occurred, Regions was right there to help. Highly recommend. ggd
