Spacious rooms, lots of places to eat around there! Friendly staff especially Kyce and Cam from the front desk were super helpful and sweet. Good breakfast buffet!

First thing I need to say is the staff at this hotel are top notch. Very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend. The only negative I can say is there are a lot of car noise from people racing up and down with loud engines. Outside of Holiday Inn’s control. But I’d suggest packing earplugs or staying on the east side of the hotel.

My family and I stayed here for a few days and had a great experience. The room was clean and the front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating. I would come again when I'm in the area.

Wonderful hotel - AMAZING customer service. After our hotel rooms had been cancelled by another hotel, I spoke with Ana in group sales and she was the best! She handled the situation with ease and during a very busy time was able to figure out a way to accommodate our large group with no hassles. We were so relieved and grateful for her assistance. The staff at the front desk made check-in a breeze and even kept my freezer packs for my medication in the office freezer. Breakfast was early (6am) and was delicious! The dining room had plenty of space for the teams and chaperones. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean! I would definitely stay here again. The surrounding area is very nice with a Walmart, Sam's club, and several dining options right near by.

Stayed over night on a layover trip and I was pleasantly please with the room and the next day breakfast was good also. I highly recommend this location.

Rooms are a bit smaller but very very clean. The breakfast was good. Nice seating outside. None of the ice maker machine were working and only one elevator was working also. Restaurants nearby walking distance, Walmart across the street, gas station across the street also. Very nice place.

Very good experience. We came in on a red eye, and were able to check into our room earlier - which was amazing. The room was really nice and had a great view. We did check out the pool, and loved it! The breakfast in the mornings was really nice and a lot to choose from! Overall - very happy with our stay!

Fantastic stay at the end of June 2021. Clean, updated room. Normal, pre- pandemic breakfast. Friendly, accommodating staff. No complaints and will be back.

I came back in December 2021 and again in March of 2022. My go-to girls when staying in this area. Rooms are great, staff is great, and location is great.

Back again for the second time in 2023 and still a great location. Very walkable to multiple restaurants with dozens to choose within 10 minutes by car. If you're in this area you can't go wrong by staying here.

New-ish, clean, conveniently located hotel in the heart of Orlando. Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting family in the area...and everything was perfect. The beds were REALLY comfortable...bathroom was clean and spacious, room was spacious, breakfast was abundant and fresh...parking was a little crowded at night with limited spots available. Customer service was excellent -- they resolved an unauthorized charged on my account within the hour. Will definitely return to this hotel for the next family party!
*Didn't use the pool, but the gym was fine -- small, but had everything you need for a good workout.

I've stayed at this location a few times and I keep going back because of the comfy bed, and breakfast ! Although I didn't like the handy cap shower this time.

Staff made this overnight stay enjoyable. Susanna at front desk so nice. Brenda shuttle driver very kind and helpful. Cleaning people friendly. Happy place. Clean rooms. Only comment have gluten free bread for us gluten sensitive folks!

Stayed here Feb. 7-8, 2020. Nice covered area to unload the luggage while raining. Front desk check-in was efficient and the seating area in the lobby/lounge was very inviting/up scale. The outlet in the bathroom (see photo) had a built in night light, so no stumbling around blind after using the toilet/light in the middle of the night. Breakfast had an upscale offerings, plenty of varied seating and stations to plug in your devices and was very well maintained. Unfortunately the pool was located on the shady side of the building, not very inviting for an afternoon swim.

Queen beds were very comfortable and the sun/window screen system in the room allowed us to customize how much light we wanted in the room, both day and night. The platform for luggage storage(see photo) worked perfectly with enough space for two full sized pieces of luggage, totally off the floor at a nice height. A clean, fresh and inviting place to stay for a short vacation like ours.

I have all great things to say about this hotel. Good hot breakfast. Nice staff. Very clean rooms. Mgmt is easy to talk with. Bus line is across the street takes you to the mall or airport. Convenient!

About 4 years old. $179 for the night. Pricey but it was a great hotel. Tons of staff. Pleasant. Clean! Thank you!

Had the absolute best experience here. We ended up needing a last minute room because our baby ended up in the children’s hospital and only one of us could stay. The young lady who checked me in was so empathetic, kind and sincere. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and she even gave us late checkout so my husband could come and nap in the morning after a long night at the hospital. So thankful.

Its my first time with Holiday Inn Express and I enjoyed every bit of my stay. Great breakfast, wonderful staff and great location. There is Walmart right opposite the Holiday Inn Express. There are other good places to buy food since they don't have a restaurant for lunch and dinner. Even without that you won't regret it.
