I hate tax season. But these people didn’t let me.
Since 2020 I’ve been trying to make my life a more consistent one. I think these guys are gonna have my business for a very long time. Im gonna probably do my taxes early just to see everyone again as soon as possible.

I wanna thank the whole team for doing their job and making it look like the easiest thing in the world. They made it simple and they knew what they were doing. Let me be clear I still and probably never will understand taxes. But this was their language and again guys I could not thank you enough.

Let me begin by saying they deserve the 5 star review whole heartedly.

I came in trying to resolve a lost tax statement of the infamous year 2020.

They told me they don’t have it. It does not exist. They made me make an account that H&R Block uses to make you make a username as if this is some fun experience giving money to a bunch of punks that decided what you’re gonna do until your last breath.

I did not get anything resolved here. Never the less they’ve convinced me that not only do I maybe no exist, know my social security or if anything was real, but they convinced me to come back again against my family’s wishes to do tax one. And I hate doing taxes more than I ever knew I could hate. Therefore I thank these ladies

Leslie was wonderful, he took his time explaining everything to make sure I understood not only what was needed, but why it was needed, and how it affected the rest of my return! WOW, great job Leslie!!!

Sally is also the one I work with every year. This will be my 3rd year in a row seeing her and I absolutely love her. She explains everything and is very thorough. I would never go to anyone else but her.

Your receptionist is exceptionally thorough, friendly, and helpful. Lisa Lyda is truly a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor, makes the tax experience joyful and fun, thorough, and keeps me informed of progress.

Tax Agent Ms. Suzann Davis, was a great helper. She was very attentive and helped me clear a lot of concerns i had. She was thorough and clear on explaining everything and was able to provide great service.

Weve been going to the same office to see the same person for 3 or 4 years. She tries her best to get us our maximum refund, we look forward to seeing her every year. The communication every year to prepare to take of our taxes is great.

While the prep fee is a bit high, there is never a problem with my taxes. And if there ever is, I have already paid for the services and Block Advisors will take care of things.

Leslie Dakers at the Block Advisors office has been most helpful to me. He helped through some tax issues last year easing my concerns and answering any questions I had. This year he was able to get me in for my tax filings as soon as I received my W2. He has made the tax process easier than it's ever been plus all the great things Block Advisors offers as a company for peace of mind.
