Called over the weekend needing a dryer repair knowing I’d be leaving a message. Had a call back before 8AM on Monday to schedule same day service. Our tech, Eli, was able to easily fix our issue in less than an hour. Very happy with their service from scheduling to the actual work done to solve our problem!

AAA appliance was extremely professional from the first phone call all the way to the end. The woman who scheduled it and the man who diagnosed and repaired it were both very competent and professional. I wish I had gotten the techs name because he deserves recognition for being extremely clean, efficient, and professional.

Fridge was not cooling on top (freezer was working fine). Called AAA Appliance Repair and Eli came out that day. He was very knowledgeable and professional, had the part in his truck and fixed our problem within an hour. Will definitely use AAA again.

We are fairly new to Lake Worth and found ourselves needing a dishwasher repaired (not draining). I am always attempting to repair items myself, when possible, however; getting under the dishwasher to attempt a repair was just not in the cards. So, I called AAA. Generally, I am Leary of repair companies, but I really had to choose between buying another unit (which have greatly increased in cost) or having someone come in and make a repair. I called first thing in the morning and they were at our home within a couple of hours. The gentlemen was professional and courteous. I had determined there was probably a piece of glass in the impeller or it was faulty. When I explained the problem, he knew exactly the problem and sure enough, there was a piece of glass in the drain pump impeller. He took care of it in no time and the unit was up and running. I will call AAA again and appreciated their courteous approach to appliance repair!
They even called back the next day to ensure the dishwasher was operating properly! That's rare, folks!

AAA Appliance the best. They came the 1st time to evaluate my washer and within minutes had the answer-part needed to be ordered. I got the call with 48 hours that the part was received, unfortunately I was heading back up North. The AAA same repair man came to install part and he was again so so nice kind courteous and knew exactly what to do. Replaced the part on my washer ran it thru a cycle and the leaking was gone...he cleaned up his area and assured me all would be well. I was a little doubtful but he was right runs perfectly and am so grateful...Whatever appliance repair you need call AAA--the very best!!!!

Ice maker stopped working. AAA came and diagnosed the problem. The repair man was very respectful and professional. He ordered the part. It took the supply company about 4 mos to get the valve but AAA called every week to tell us the progress. When it came in they sent the same gentleman to complete the repair. It went well and ice maker is working. Cleaned his work area and was very pleasant. Would and will use again.
