Kustom Disaster Restoration

From Leak, to Demo to Delight!
A water leak developed in our second story bathroom, which trickled down into the kitchen ceiling below. Tim came out from Evergreen Restoration/Kustom Restoration and laid out very detailed steps, with pictures, of the needed restoration. Initially we hit a slow patch getting started with another Project Director, but when Jacob and his team stepped in things took off. David, Al, and others all did fantastic work. Good attitude, hard working and they took pride in their finished work. As the key contact, Jacob was a pleasure to work with, easy to get ahold of and knew how to make things happen. He talked with me frequently of exactly what I was looking for in the finish product. Jacob was on site multiple times to ensure a speedy and beautiful finish. Even with a bump or two starting, when Jacob and team stepped in, it was 5 star all the way. They have my thanks and highest recommendation.

After being left with a disastrous situation attempting to work with Paul Davis (recommended by our insurance company) - long story short the other company was quick on the demo & left us for months with no progress towards actual renovation. Thankfully once we found Kustom they saved the day in no time! GREAT COMMUNICATION, quick turnaround and unprompted weekly updates. Our project manager Terry was on top of it and all the sub-contractors were professional and efficient.

Everett and Frank was Awesome, they took care of my home, making sure no debris was floating, they were attentive to our critters, and very courteous and sharing their activity to make sure we understand the steps needed to make sure we are covered. They provided the best service, and ensured that the work being done was enclosed allowing us to travel between areas with minimal impact. We recommend their services in crises.

You have a great employee with Erik. He and other workers with the mitigation team came out to my home after a pipe burst in the freezing weather.
Erik, was knowledgeable, courteous, informative, and a very delight to work with.
He let me know what was happening in the project. He was very courteous with letting me know his time with the project and if that time worked for me.
He never showed frustration or impatience with me or his coworkers.
And I know he was working especially hard in overtime with all the pipes that had burst during the freeze.

Jacob and Logan finished the clean up process today. They worked around my schedule, arrived on time and went above and beyond to tidy up after removing all of the equipment. Job well done!

Erik and his team did a great job drying out our garage from a recent water pipe break. Erik was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process every step of the way and took the stress out of a stressful situation.

Had a water leak in my condo during the cold snap. Everett and Frank from Kustom were sent out by the HOA. Super helpful, friendly and worked quickly. Hopefully I never need their services again but if I do they will be the first call.

kustom did a great job helping me restore my shop after a burst pipe flooded the contents. They were very professional. I would give them my highest recommendation.

Nick came to my home on the first day to access the damage, after that, right away, Everett and his crew came to do the work to remove all the affected materials, drying etc. every one was great. I really did appreciate their quick response and great work.

Devin was the first to arrive and did a great job accessing the damage and getting us set up to dry out so repairs can be made.

That's what I found with Doug and Michelle Lowe from Kustom. They were there within an hour after I'd called my insurance company. I love KUSTOM US. I've had 3 water damage losses in my home since summer of 2022 all one after one and these people took good care of my home. I wouldn't consider any other company but them.
