If I could give this place a ZERO, I definitely would. This place was so UNWELCOMING. Yelled at costumers, with a very rude tone. The lack of sanitary and organization shouldn’t be taken out on the costumers. Very rude staff, unhelpful, and overall not a good place to shop at. Very unsanitary dressing rooms too. Should be shut down immediately if they’re not going to treat their customers with at least some sort of respect!!!! Plaza Fiesta, do something!!!

Honestly if I could give this place a ZERO, I would. The staff is so rude and judgmental. Don’t shop here. If you’re shopping for a dress go elsewhere, the rudeness, & quality is not worth it. Even when I went to attempt to look for a dress there were many customers complaining about how the staff wasn’t attending them, how they didn’t have their dress ready, how the dress was bad quality after they had it fixed here. It was completely outrageous. Also when I was leaving they said, “esta pendeja que se cree” rude as ever.

I ordered a dress from this place and got told they would call so we would go and take measurements, they never called and the dude went on vacations without having things ready for the clients. We also got the cojín and that was NOT the one we ordered . They used rhinestones to cover up the other persons name and date . They put STICKER to put the name . And it was also very dirty . The lady’s were rude and disrespectful and gave us a disgusting look . Very unorganized and won’t stay focused on one client.
First and last time shopping here , I do not recommend this place to no one .

Worst experience I have ever had... ordered a dress and left a huge down payment. Called to ask about my order, and they were super rude. Never got a call back. I called back, they blocked my number. Went out there!!! 1 hour drive just to be told my order was never placed. . Never buying from this place ever again.

Worst customer service, do not buy from them. The guy that usually answers the phone is extremely rude. Ordered a dress and didn’t receive the one we ordered.

EL PEOR LUGAR PARA COMPRAR UN VESTIDO !!!!!! Ordenamos dos vestidos con siertos detalles ( QUE NO LOS PUSIERON EN EL VESTIDO) , (NO LLEGARON ALA FECHA QUE ACORDAMOS Y ME DIJO QUE EN 3 días más , vine en 3 DÍAS Y ME DIJO QUE MAÑANA ESTARÍA LISTO LLEGUE AL OTRO DÍA Y NADA hasta un día antes de la fiesta !! Le pegaron detalles al vestido que yo no pedí con todo el glue por fuera !!! Todavía me dicen que así lo envío la compañía !!! Tanto dinero que uno paga para que las cosas sean a como acordamos porque un trato es un trato !!! EL PEOR SERVICIO HONESTAMENTE !!! PORFAVOR NO PIERDAN SU TIEMPO NI SU DINERO EN ESTE LUGAR !!

Pésimo servicio al cliente, el vestido lo pagamos por adelantado y actuan como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor.

La atención al cliente fue mala. la persona q tienen no tenía conocimiento de los precios, paquetes, calidad. Tubo q preguntar varias veces a otros empleados… las otras dos personas q estaban ahí me atendieron a la carrera con prisa no te explican bien.
A mi hija le habían gustado dos vestidos y pensábamos volver para ordenarlo, pero cuando le pregunté al Otro empleado a cerca de la calidad me dijo que para el los vestidos de XV años de Tull era lo más corriente ( entonces para q los tiene en su tienda, así pretenden que uno les compre).

Pésimo servicio, pésima calidad, pésima atención al cliente.Venden un paquete quinceañera para talla cero y cuando se va a recoger la mercancía 10 días antes del evento, dicen que le van a dar el que tienen ahí que es el que estará en el aparador que es talla 6, cuando se pregunta qué es lo que sucedió que se pago por un vestido talla 0 no talla6, responden que pues "eso es lo que tienen que no pudieron conseguir otro" pésimo servicio pésima calidad!!!!
No tuvieron siquiera la cortesía de ahí hacer un reembolso de dar una solución de hacer un descuento absolutamente nada todavía fueron groseros y dijeron que "eso es lo que había!!!!"

NO compren vestidos de quince aquí!! Me dieron el que estaba en el mostrador y era talla 6 yo soy talla 0 El vestido fue casi $1,000 y tuve que pagar casi $400 para que me lo arreglaran en otra tienda porque fuimos 6 veces a que me sacaron las medidas y esas 6 veces me dijeron que me lo iban arreglar y nunca le hicieron nada!! Y yo agarre el paquete y fue en total 1,700 pero todo bien corriente los zapatos los pintaron y quedaron bien duros la gargantilla y aretes son the plástico y se ve que costaron como $2 pero en el papel te piden mucho dinero! El peluche que me dieron estaba horrible y nomas le amarraron on trapo del color de mi vestido TODO MUY FEO! y son muy irrespetuosos, cuando te están convenciendo de comprar un vestido son amables pero cuando ya les das el dinero te hablan bien feo y te dicen que no es su culpa si sale mal algo y también se tardaron muchos meses en darme mi vestido. Tres meses antes de mi fiesta aviamos dado dinero para que encargaran el vestido de mi hermana y una semana antes fuimos a recogerlo y nunca lo encargaron! Mi hermana tiene AUTISMO y me hicieron llorar porque ya le avía dicho que íbamos a tener el vestido igual!!!!!

Si pudiera escoger zero estrellas eso lo haría pero no se puede.. encarje una vestido para la muñeca de American Doll y me dejo que lo iba a mandar hacer para que no se miraba le tela del pecho de la muñeca y que lo iba igualar al vestido de mi hija y no fue nada asi.. cuando fue por ella no la tenían lista que no habíamos mandado la foto pero le mostramos las fotos que si se la mandamos y fue cuando dejo que para 3 dias iba a estar lista y se comprometió mandarla por correo cual no paso hasta 2 semans.. por paquetera llego en una caja destruida mal empacada Le hablamos y fue muy grosero y no quiso solucionar el problema..
