I stopped in when I needed a pair of shoes for work it was crowded but the 2 cashiers were knocking down the long line with ease i ended up getting three pair of shoes and three shirts plus a bag of candy. The store was neat and tidy, and there were workers on the floor making sure items were in the right places which made it really easy to shop and find what I was looking for quickly and get in line checked out and back to work. Love this store I will definitely shop here again.

This was the best Ross I have ever been to. Everything was arranged nice. And the workers were and the best part was that it was connected to a mall looking place. There isn't a lot to say but sometimes that's for the best. It's something you have to experience for yourself.

During these uncertain times of COVID-19, they make sure that EVERYONE wears a mask and even offer free ones for those without one. Though I am vaccinated (half of the country is not and even at a higher rate amongst this community), I am at ease and tranquil when shopping as a result.

They do their best to keep the store neat and organized given the bounteous amount of people who traffic the store. I can definitely see how it can become stressful and laborious while giving 100% of your energy to the upkeep of the entire store whilst parents unleash their children like newly adopted dogs at a dog park. Top notch effort is given daily by this staff. Embarrassingly and sadly enough it is those who are capable but unwilling that attribute to the degenerative debauchery of the status quo in comparison to Saks 5th.

The security officer, Jamaal, was wonderful. He was very helpful, sincere and kind to me when I mistakenly thought I lost my phone. I was overwhelmed with gratitude by the way he treated me. He really cares

Some of the best shoe selections in any the Ross stores in metro ATL. Small store, therefore not much to pick from the home section, but it is a very well stocked store overall.
