He was so helpful, so kind, very timely in his responses, and got me an offer well before any other agencies. I'm sticking with Zack and Coast for all my traveling!

I always seem to be able to get in on the same day I make my appointment, and the office visits are very convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. I went in for a cold and got the antibiotics I needed prescribed and recommendations for the best over the counter medications to buy and take.

I've been treating here for 20 years and I do have a preference for Dr Strobbe and Christne Fisher. I lived out of state for 2 of those years and really missed the service and convince of their office. I have never had any issues with the office, I do believe they are busy but I assume that's due to the returning patients, such as myself. I feel there is a real personal touch here.

Since I moved here 4 yrs ago I’ve been looking for a good doctor. My last doctor told a specialist she’d only seen me twice when in fact I’d been seeing her over a year! Incompetence! When I found Dr Goyal at Gulf Coast I was so happy. I get appointments quick- he’s got early hours so I can go before work- I’ve never waited longer than a few minutes - and he’s super nice. Oh and he is on point w scripts. I put in a request at 5pm the other day and got a notice from my pharmacy at 6:30!! Amazing!! I will admit some of the support staff is a bit harsh but my doctor is amazing so I try not to use the support staff. I use the check in kiosk! Lol

Awesome doctors and staff. Have been going here for several months now. NEVER wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time. Dr S Strobe did SI Joint injections this morning and am feeling 95% better for the first time in months. Everyone here is professional and courteous. I know because I am a former ICU nurse in NY No attitudes here Have seen nurse practitioners, residents and the doctor. All are very competent

I've seen several of their Doctors / Specialists at both clinics. Im always treated with respect and patience. They answer your questions in terms you will understand. They do most of their lab work and x-rays CT scans all in clinic. One stop shop. I will never go to another clinic. I've been going here for 20 + years. The worst day was when Dr. Capone retired I had to find another primary I was comfortable with so I now see Dr Michael Strobbe. He is so kind and gentle really listens to how you've been feeling. And does everything he can to get you feeling better. These guys & gals ROCK!!!

I was in and out of the hospital for two months. No one could figure out why I had terrible abdominal pain. I saw a number of doctors and specialists. No one could figure out my issue and I was about to have exploratory surgery. On a Saturday, I made an appointment to get another medical professional’s perspective. I wasn’t sure if it would be worth my time since it was with a nurse practitioner. Well it was definitely worth my time! Bradley Ruch listened to what I said and conducted some different tests. Within a week, he called me with the problem and provided me with the guidance I needed to resolve the issue. All my issues were gone within a week. I am beyond thankful for this nurse practitioner. This has changed my view of nurse practitioners. I also highly recommend Bradley Ruch for your medical needs!

I read all of the reviews and see some grumpy self entitled people with negative reviews . Why are people so darn negative, and by the post so impatient . Every medical office you go to today has waiting times. They need to grow up and stop whining like babies, I use this office and their Receptionist at the front desk could not be more pleasant and helpful each time I go there . . I use Dr Amy Strobbe as my GP and I like the treatment she provides and very attentive to my needs. Also I switch Cardiologist recently to Dr Forcello in this office . Man was he great he listened to everything I said and my concerns without burying his head into the computer while I was talking like my other Cardiologist had done during visits and missed things. So with that I have to give them 5 Stars

I am an ICU RN from Detroit MI. and I am a self-proclaimed SNOB about my medical care. Here is my review of a March 2017 visit.

My father stepped on some coral and sliced open his leg. After a few hours of pressure holding, the bleeding did not stop, so we reluctantly went in search of medical care. We did not want to go to the ER, but we knew the wound required some stitches and antibiotics. We asked our marina owner where to go, as we are from Michigan. He told us here.

I called the center and explained the situation. The front desk told me to go to the ER. I told them that's not going to happen. We showed up at the center a few moments later. The wait time was unusually long, seeing as they did not appear too busy, however we were walk-ins. The amount of paperwork is annoying. However, once we were taken back to the room, I was incredibly impressed.
The entire staff was fantastic and very personable. Our NP was impressive. Brilliant, beautiful, to the point, great bed side manner. What more could you want? She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and I'm pretty sure she can get a job as a plastic surgeon if this gig doesn't work out because her stitch work was A+. My dads not going to have a scar. So... no cool "attacked by a shark, look at my cool scar" stories for him, but if you're in need of medical care in the area I highly recommend you check out Gulf Coast Medical center for yourself. Despite the long wait time, I was very pleased.

I haven't had any problems with any of the staff. I did once in the past and spoke with the office manager. Since that one time, I have not had any problems. If you have an appointment you are normally seen pretty close to your appt. time. However walk-ins are put in between patients if they are very ill or perhaps a child that's sick. Some places don't even take walk-ins. You could call ahead and ask if appts. are on time. I try and bring something to occupy my time. I would recommend Gulf Coast Medical Center to family and friends. The atmosphere is nice in the building I go to. I go to the one across from Gulfview Square Mall. The doctor's are great, I also see Jeff who is Doctor Capone's PA. They are concerned with all aspects of your heath. They also have imaging, a lab, specialist on-site. Which makes it easier to get in to see a specialist as a new patient.

Dr. Rajiv Goyal was great — knew exactly what my issue was and provided with me with the right meds. Very attentive and knew what he was talking about. I will continue to come back because of the service I received. Thanks again, Dr. Goyal and team.

Gulf coast medical was the only walk/in clinic that would even see me for a medical issue I have, while other clinics turned me away and wanted me to check into ER. Bernie MD has been super caring, never long wait times & good uninsured prices. Sharon @ front desk is exceptional aswell.

Dr. Michael Strobbe and the entire staff are phenomenal. I've been a patient for almost 2 years and wouldn't consider going to any other Primary care physician. Each visit has been above 5 stars! I highly recommend Dr. Michael Strobbe as he's the BEST PCP I've ever had. I'm thankful and grateful for the extraordinary care! Thank you Gulf Coast Medical! My sincere gratitude.

Moved to Port Richey the 4th of August and fell hitting my shoulder. I went to Gulf Coast Medical as a Walk-in the following week. The wait was not that bad for a walk-in and the front desk staff was very nice. I saw their PA, Jeffery Williams. I found him very friendly and knowledgeable and has been so on follow-up appointment. So I have decided to continue to use him as my primary. Everyone at their office and at the X-Ray dept have been wonderful. Thank you Gulf Coast Medical.

I have been a patient of Dr. Capones/ Gulf Coast medical center for over 30 years, (since I was 15) and I cannot imagine what I will do when he retires. In the course of those years, I have seen different specialists there, dealt with different PAs, nurses, students and staff in general (love Latina) and have never been treated with disrespect or rudely. If they've ever been stern, it was for the sole purpose of making sure I understood the severity of the issue. Billing/insurance issues will happen anywhere, it's the nature of the beast. And yes, I have to wait to be seen but I am given the same personal attention the person before me had. And I'd rather have a Dr that many people want to see vs one that has no patients. It's also a benefit that almost all of my tests or procedures can be done right there in house. I recommend this facility and its Dr's regularly and will continue to do so.

Wait times can be a little long but the care I receive here is appreciated. I saw Emily today and she was so compassionate and really took the time to listen and I could tell she wanted to help me. I appreciate the weekend hours too.

My experience at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Port Richey was great. I went in for a stress test. And I was very stressed & nervous when I arrived. The person that helped me, Jim was professional and explained the process thoroughly. If I ever need another test to be done. I would highly recommend.
