George is amazing and deserves a promotion. I am there everyday ordering the $5 biggie bag or the $6 biggie bag during my lunch like I said EVERY DAY and George is the most consistent, friendly, professional worked there. Promote him.

The whole place is much better than before! So I kept my word.

Went through drivethru today. Service was excellent, burger was hot and juice and fries were hot and delicious! They even had each meal in individual bags and she told us which meal was in each bag. So we didn’t have to play the open sand which game to see who’s good was who’s. Staff today was great.

The staff here really does an incredible job. I've been in when it is hopping, and you can tell they are short staffed, but they are attentitive and friendly, and on top of their orders. The food is consistent with Wendy's.

Rude people working they asked me to basically scream my correct order. And it was still uncorrected when I looked in the bag I wasn't expecting my cheese fries to be leaking everywhere with no fork or napkins given yuk 😭

I stopped in, and walked in to get 5 kids meals, today. There was a large group of hearing impaired individuals, and I’ve got to hand it to the young man at the counter. He was super attentive and polite to this group and made sure they JD everything they needed. Super refreshing to see in the fast food world. They had one side of the lobby to themselves, and it was honestly probably really enjoyable. Kudos to this guy, because he was what they needed.

I've been to this location many times but this was the best visit! An amazing young lady, Lori, took my order. What stood out the most was her incredible attitude! She had the best, by far, customer service! I even filled out a survey for Wendy's bc she was so great! So many people look down on fast food service, but when we're all to lazy to cook, they're there for us! And if every location had a Lori, the world would be a better place!

Always have a good experience at this Wendy's! Food was good. My salad was good. Made our night easier! Customer service was great as well. The girl working the window was very pleasant and made us feel welcomed.

For whatever reason I was compelled to stop by and have a quick burger here. This was absolutely the best Wendy's Burger I have had in my life. Don't know what made it so special but it was yummy. Good job.

Update: This is the best Wendy's in the area. I will past two others to come here.

Hadn't been to Wendy's since I was a kid. The food was good, the place was clean, the prices were about what I expected, and the lady at the counter was an absolute delight, really funny and kind.

This Wendy's is always a great experience. I've never had an erroneous order, everyone is always friendly and humorous, the tables are always clean, they are pretty much on point. I'm curious, however, as to why they put the new ordering kiosks AT the register. If there is a long line, they won't help anyone trying to order without waiting in said long line... and using them once you finally get to the register would just be rude. "May I take your order?" ....*ignoring you*... tap, tap, tap ...*pretending you aren't here*... tap, tap, tap... I just think that was a bad judgement call. Someone needs to take the initiative and move them somewhere where they would actually be useful. Then that person needs to get a promotion.

It was late and there was quite a hustle going on. They left out a burger and we caught it in the parking lot. We circled around to let them know what happened and they gave us an extra small fry for making us wait. Your mileage may vary, but I appreciate the extra effort. All in all, I can't complain about this place. Anyone that follows my reviews knows that I don't particularly like to give five star ratings to chain restaurants but this place really went above and beyond. It's Wendy's. You know them well and not many shine above the rest. This place is worth the stop.

Haven’t been to this location for a few years but came back today and was really impressed with the turnaround. Our orders came out quickly and accurately, and Curtis is the most thorough and pleasant host I’ve encountered. We will be back!
