AT&T Store

I went to pick up my new phone and the store rep met me as soon as I walked in. Once my account was verified, he handed me my new phone and I was able to leave. It was smooth and seamless. I had a very pleasant experience at this visit. Thank you AT&T.

Absolutely awesome staff. I ended up being over an 1 hour late to the appointment I scheduled. They immediately helped us and we were taken care of and out the door. Will always go to this AT&T location.

Emory helped me and wife lock into new phones on a new plan as we transitioned from cricket wireless and he just made the whole process so easy. He explained everything so we could understand the what, why and how of what plan and devices worked best for us and still kept things lighthearted and personal.

Once I arrived I was greeted immediately by the Tammy. She let me know that she will be right with me. Once she was done she came over and asked how could she help me. I explain to her I wanted to upgrade my device she advised me that the phone that I was interested in was not in stock and she had to order it. I was a little bummed about that but she asked if I would like to see it in person because they had the demo in the floor, she also went over and beyond to explain the difference between the device. She asked if the camera makes a difference for me I told her yes so her advise me which device I should get and I went with that one which was the iPhone 15 pro max

Before this time I had been to several diff carriers and stores and never felt like I ever received quality customer service on top of always being told for some reason my down payment was close to 2k when I have excellent credit. From the minute I stepped into the store I was greeted immediately by Ronald and made me feel welcomed genuinely. Once we sat down it’s like Ronald already knew what he needed to do for me to make all other experiences dissolve. He made sure to educate me on all the latest deals, made my time seem valuable, and made sure to maintain a great overall experience while with him. He did such a great job I even bought more then what I came in for cause he helped me save so much else where. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had when purchasing anything. Treasure was amazing!! Apple had messed up my partners phone and it was stuck in SOS mode. Treasure was able to help us and get it working. She really knows her stuff! We are so grateful to have gone in there and met her otherwise he wouldn’t have been able to use his phone at all.

I had a deep cleaning with absolutely no pain or problems.I am very thankful for all the employees and the Doctors.I am 57 yr old .I will say I have a wonderful time every time.This Dental plain is the one you should try.Thank you again for the way my mouth fills.

Dan was awesome. We have had a few visits to AT&T and request Dan. As a matter of fact, we make our appt so we can see him. Everyone there in the Sanford store is cool. Their overhead music is so cool…..and I’m 72!!!!🤪

We are still in transition for switching, so I can't speak on the service yet. But what I can speak on is 𝘛𝘢𝘮𝘮𝘺!
We went in so uncertain and full of hesitations (we got our deal through Costco and had a weird interaction) but Tammy was incredible. She was knowledgable, transparent, and helped us gain more information about our transition to AT&T. Thanks again!

I stopped into ATT to revert back to a plan I had changed the previous day. The new plan didn’t work out so I wanted to change back to my old plan as soon as possible before I incurred any additional charges.
A great young man named Ronald came to help me out. I expected I might be given a hard time about changing my plan back to a less expensive one - but that did not happen. Ronald put me back on my original plan in minutes. He was personable, professional, funny - but most important - competent. Thanks Ronald - you made my day brighter.

Tammy was a wonderful and knowledgeable - a tru gem. She made the visit easy and took wonderful care of my cellular needs. Of course I will referring customers to her- ask for her when u get there too. They do direct tv too
