My sister in law has trouble finding clothing in her style. I called the New Port Richey store to look for a particular jacket I found on the website. I also heard the ad about the style program. I spoke to Brittany and she explained the style program which sounded like exactly what we are looking for. She was helpful with scheduling the appointment. When we went to the appointment Alissa helped us with one on one service for over and hour. She was so kind and helpful. They already had a rack of 5 outfits already pulled and ready to try on. This was the first store that has clothes that fit my sister in law perfectly. She is short, slightly heavier set and dress more in the masculine style. She is looking for workwear for interviews and a new job. Like always we didn't think we would find anything but we found 3 jackets 5 shirts and 4 pants! The quality of clothing felt expensive but the prices were great. We had amazing service, great quality clothes and good prices! All the girls at this store are so kind and we can not thank them enough for everything!! ❤

The staff are excellent. Fee is amazing. The clothes I bought shrank two inches the first time I washed them and continued to shrink. I am tall and now can’t wear the pants. The staff at the store are fabulous so I am disappointed I can’t wear the clothes.

Went to store first time yesterday as it’s 45 mins from me. The two sales associates were more than helpful and very knowledgeable to help you out. Clean comfortable store. Very pleasant shopping experience. I will be returning. Worth the drive!

This store was so organized, clean and such a delightfull first time experience. I needed HELP and Brittany did just that! I had my hands full with 2 small children and she made it as easy as she could for me to find what I needed and she recommended great products. Thankyou again Brittany!

I changed my review from 2 stars to 5 after revisiting almost a year later. As soon as I walked in Brittany greated me with amazing customer service. Very helpful with sizing and listening to what I was looking for. Misty was also behind the register when I came in with another customer but greeted me with a smile and when she was done with her customer she also was very helpful. I will definitely be going back when Brittany and Misty's are working. Customer service and great staff makes a difference. Thanks ladies for the great experience. ❤

Though the prices are somewhat high the sales are tremendous. My visit today provided me with 40% off plus an extra 11% off any item that was available in the store. The customer service was prompt and very courteous. The store was very clean and the options and variety of clothing were greatly diverse. There were anything from very dressy clothing to just hanging out clothing. The selection of undergarments and lingerie we're also more abundant than I've seen in any department store and they had sizes for those who are somewhat overweight to very obese. This helps with almost almost any occasion type dressing. It was fun to be in the store to just look at the available clothing and even pick up a few pieces of jewelry that were also on sale.

Unfortunately Lane Bryant like Catherines, both stores having served the larger gals in life most of those stores are closed almost all of Catherine's in Florida are closed and industry notifications site that Lane Bryant's eventually will be a part of that group as well.

That is extremely disappointing news for those of us whose clothing attire needs to be a perfect fit. It was not hard to trek up to Port Richey as this location is very Central and easy to get into. I look forward to a return visit to take advantage of other sales to come and hope that Lane Bryant stays open for all of us women who would like to dress nice regardless of our sizes.

I came in today looking for a bra, I have never shopped at a Layne Bryant before but I will definitely be back to this location the 3 amazing ladies that worked there were beyond helpful and super sweet. 10/10 experience

The lady that was helping was the nicest associate that i have dealt with there. She did my return and even tried to reorder the correct item but was not able to reorder. But she did offer another option which did not work out due to not having my size.

Being a big girl and shopping for clothes has never been easy for me. The women at this store make you feel comfortable and welcome. If you want excellent service and very helpful employees you can look no further. If there is something that you like but they don't have your size you just tell one of the girls and they will help you get it whether it be an online order, get it shipped to store, or pick it up at another store.

They had the most helpful staff ever here. She measured me and helped me find bras that would fit even though it was at the end of the sale and everything in my size was gone. She did not get frustrated or anything and we were at it for like 2 hours. I was not disappointed when I left this store.

Elizabeth helped me out today and was amazing. I got a great deal and finally got fitted properly. Elizabeth really worked with me and got the best price for me. Great day at Lane Bryant. I just wish they would get one in Clearwater!

There is this amazing woman there, Sara. She was the most wonderful sales person. Thank you so much for helping my mom the perfect outfit for her event!

Great quality plus size clothes, and the sales associates are so friendly and helpful. Associates are so kind.

Always helpful employs, and if they don't have something I want I just show them the picture of the item and they get it shipped to my house.

Love this store. Priced on the high side but when you are a big girl..style is everything.
