went to John Frank for help selling my house, moving for work. met with John on a Monday morning, listed my house that day, had a cash buyer on Weds, 2nd person to see it, purchased it. 2 DAYS ! Century 21 are not all alike. This one is a gem. I’ve worked with them over the years and time and time again they have always lead me to the best value for my money. buying or selling this is the team you want behind you!

This is the most crooked company I have ever heard of. Had these people try to steal my house. Said that I was late on HOA fees and they tried to confiscate my $300,000 house for $320. First I was told that I owed the money for the HOA. I called the number they gave me and they told me I owe nothing. Next thing I know they are trying to foreclose on my house. If you have them as a HOA service you need to get them fired and hire another company. I went to a lawyer for a free consultation and they told me they do this all the time. You better watch the fine print when you sign with century 21 or they'll end up owning your house. You know it's bad if a law firm calls the other company crooked.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My suggestion is run fast and far away. Terrible experience.

Not only was i hung up on, the lady said she didnt feel the need to speak to me. Wow what way to hire professionals! Good job century palm realty. Ill make sure to steer clear of your rental and home sales! Down right nasty people!

Absolute worst experience ever with the purchase of our new home. Would not recommend. We asked many times if closing was going according to plan, she always have incorrect information and we were stuck moving into a home that was only half moved out of.

After talking to Al at Century 21 said he would call me the next day at noon never called I called him he lied and told me that the MLS Internet was down and that we could not see them till the next day even though I had driven over an hour in that direction to see these homes called another real estate company she set up an appointment in 15 minutes we went directly there and saw the houses worst real estate agent ever
And I told him I was a cash buyer stay away from Century 21

If you conduct business the way your agents or employees drive. I don't believe I would be using your service.
