I had a rough day to say the least. Tammy and another gentleman with a beard we as kind as anyone could be. These are people who love their jobs and treat people with respect. I hope you retain these amazing people. I will tell 10 people about my experience also. They have a loyal customer also. Well done management and staff.

This was my first visit at Office Depot in probably more than 10 years; I now work from home, rather than in an office setting, and needed supplies.
The store I visited was the one on US 19N. in Port Richey, FL; it's a well laid-out, very CLEAN store with a large selection of just about everything imaginable and their prices are comparable to anywhere else I've seen. More importantly to me, though, is the customer service; every employee I encountered greeted me with a smile, asked if I needed any help, and when I did, the man showed me exactly where to go rather than just pointing in a general direction.
I was VERY happy with my experience, and will definitely return - I'll make sure to go when I have some extra time to just browse. I'd like to check out ALL of the store, rather than just what I needed immediately the day I went.
The fact that I can buy supplies at a store OTHER than the blue store (W), and get comparable prices, good lighting in a clean store, and GOOD customer SERVICE with actual SMILES and friendly knowledgeable employees is a BONUS! I recommend this store 100%.
Keep up the good work, Office Depot; I look forward to seeing y'all again.

I recently purchased a computer/gaming chair. The price dropped dramatically for black Friday and I was thrilled to see it. The staff were very helpful and friendly as they carried it out and loaded it into my car for me.

The assistant manager was not arrogant. He was very personable, very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Was greeted near the front of the store and treated very politely and got a lot of help from Nancy.

Came in around 6 P.M yesterday and was immediately helped by a worker named Louis. I was intending on purchasing a printer I had seen online, and Louis made sure I found the one I was looking for in NO TIME! He even explained the features about the printer that I had no idea about! He assisted me with getting the right ink cartridges and explained how to insert them into my printer. He even helped me by offering a deal the store had on paper so I would save money. To top it all off Louis, helped me get signed up for Office Depot Rewards Program, and he explained the features and benefits of the program clearly and concisely to me. Louis, thank you so much, and I hope management acknowledges all of your hard work. You went above and beyond with me today, and it sure was not un-noticed. Thanks so much! Will definitely be coming back to this location.

These guys are the best. They never fail to help me with a buying decision, technical support, and business support. They are integral to my business success. I highly, highly recommend these people, and this store in particular. The prices are always competitive, so I don't ever feel the need to shop around. They always have a solution for me.

Needed to print 10 pages of an email, thought it would be super quick but then when I arrived I forgot that some people actually need to print anything from one page to infinity. Your visit is completely based on luck and timing.

But when I got there there was a huge line, I was slightly sad because there were only two ladies working. I figured it would take forever, one person at the register was ordering business cards and the other just seemed to be deeply involved. But to my surprise they started multitasking at every opportunity they had. They were helping 4 to 5 people at once just tearing through the line. All while being attentive to each customers needs and really just being on point using judgement and product knowledge.

Needless to say it was an overall awesome experience. My visit to Office Depot was strictly based off of the print, copy and shipping center.
