Ocean Honda

We have serviced our 2015 Honda at Ocean Honda for past 2 years. The service department & Brandon are excellent. Because of the service department we decided to look at newer cars. Our Salesperson, Georgio was very helpful. He took time explaining all the details (which are many with the electronics). We felt no pressure and were pleased with our purchase of CRV. The Sales Mgr was respectful and applied no pressure to buy. We were very satisfied with the fair purchase price. I highly recommend Ocean Honda to purchase a new or preowned car & service department. We even took our old Toyota Camry for service there!

As always service was GREAT. Brandon is always professional and kind when I see him at the service drive. Everyone is always friendly there. My salesman Chris never forgot my name and Eva at the Cafe is always a pleasant face to see and grab a snack while you wait. Treat her with respect and kindness$$.

The sales representative Carlos Gonzalez was great, he was able to answer all questions, was friendly, resourceful, knowledgeable. Peter Gabriel was super, he was able to solve an issue with cars availability very quickly, will recommend to friends and family! #1 SERVICE !!! +

I had a great car buying experience at Ocean Honda from Chris Nelson. I couldn’t have landed in a better dealership with a sales person that truly cares. In todays car buying market that is a gift. The purchase experience from beginning to the financial with Rob was excellent , I was in good hands every step of the way. Every staff member that I walked by was pleasant, that in itself shows that management cares about the staff. The prices were fair too. The wonderful service department is the reason I've driven a Honda for the past 17 years. Their service techs are the best, especially Miranda. Eva's Cafe makes it easy to wait for service to be completed.

I purchased a Used Honda Minivan for my wife a few months ago and we recently had to take it in for servicing. My wife happens to work right down the road 5-10 min away but the dealership is roughly 1.5 hours away from where we live. thankfully they offered to drop my wife off at work and pick her up once the car was serviced and she was very pleased with the service and the politeness of the service team and the convenience of it all. Not only was it a pleasure to purchase a vehicle they also came down on the price to meet our needs but now that we have purchased the vehicle they continue to take care of us. We take all of our vehicles to the dealerships for service and none by far have been as nice to work with as Ocean Honda. 5 star experience

This was the best car buying experience we've ever had, hands down. We were in and out under 90 minutes. Chris Nelson was fantastic, he answered all our questions, he didn't sugar cost anything, he was just honest and to the point, in fact, he was just so comfortable and warm to be around. If you need a car, definitely head there, you won't be disappointed.

My wife and I were in the market for a 3 row suv. We test drove some vehicles before landing at Ocean Honda.We were interested in the Honda Pilot. Alexander L was our salesman. He showed us all the features it had before our test drive. My wife loved it ,so we went ahead and bought it. They gave us a good price for our trade and a good price on the new Honda Pilot. No hassles, no upselling like some other dealers try to do. It's always your decision to buy or not buy, No Pressure. No bogus fees like some other local dealers. The sales manager even brought over a dozen roses for my wife after our purchase. I loved that we could keep our business local and support local jobs. They treat you like family and make sure you are completely satisfied even after the purchase. We are customers for life ,and I'm sure you will be too.

This location is AMAZING !! Thank you to the service advisor Christopher F. who assisted my fiancé over the weekend with our oil change. Christopher even had my 2022 Accord washed after the maintenance which was EXTREMELY appreciated!! I’ve only taken my car to service at Tampa Honda since i bought it there but i wish i came here first!!! The location is very clean, the staff are super kind and helpful as well. Cindy was very polite and knowledgeable over the phone i appreciate your assistance! From the day I purchased my vehicle Ocean Honda has been fantastic to deal with. I just heard my first maintenance done, we arrived early but that didn't matter, they took my vehicle showed us the waiting room. As busy as they were an hour later we were on our way home.

I pull up frantic with no appointment to a smiling Rich in the service drive. I’m comforted by Tara with a bottle of water as I tell her Palm Harbor Honda recently did my synthetic oil change but oops forgot the oil. JR in service is an outstanding human being & artist! Eva made me a chicken salad sandwich with love. I want to applaud every single person I came in contact with today. I was treated like a VIP and back on the road in my lunch hour. Shopping for cars is one of my least favorite things to do. We stopped in to price an Accord at the Wesley Chapel Honda dealer and were shocked at all the added fees. We then went to Ocean Honda and were once again shocked but now in a positive way. Very few added fees that are so typical of car dealers. Georgio was a warm and welcoming salesman who was very knowledgeable and yet did not pressure us. John, the general manager, was also a pleasure to do business with. Lastly, Robbie, the finance guy, was friendly and efficient. I will never buy a Honda anywhere else and I just love the car!

We had a 10/10 experience with Ocean Honda and our sales professional Chris who worked with us to get into a brand new vehicle. My family was in emergent need of a new vehicle, I was inquiring with dealerships all around the area and had no luck. I wanted to make sure I was dealing with someone who was on my side of the deal. I am a younger, first time car buyer going into a dealership by myself and I was a nervous wreck to say the least. You see all over the internet to proceed with HIGH caution when going into to dealerships and expect to be hassled and robbed. I can say with 100% confidence that this was not the case for me at Ocean Honda with Chris. I was referred by a friend to reach out to a Honda dealership as they are very reliable vehicles, so I did a google search and called the nearest dealership to me, which is the Ocean Honda of Port Richey. I spoke with the receptionist and she explained that the sales team was in a meeting and someone would be reaching out to me shortly, that is when Chris contacted me and we set up a time to test drive a new vehicle. From the first point of contact, till the end of the deal I did not feel pressured, hassled or rushed into making a huge financial decision. The entire staff was patient, and very willing to work with me and help me walk out with the best deal possible. I would highly recommend going to see Chris at Ocean Honda! Even after the sale, I was pleasantly surprised when the front office staff reached out to me to ask how I was enjoying my new vehicle. I believe the entire team at Ocean Honda go above and beyond for customers. I know I will back again in the future when I am in the market for another new vehicle.
