Beverly was a God send because the nightmare that we were going through after my father's suicide and my mother's death was surreal. Also, with the fact that we live in New York State, she made it a flawless and easy process. Pamela Davison is an excellent realtor working out of the New Port Richey office. She is a great communicator always keeping you informed of the status of your property. After we switched to Pam as our agent we saw an immediate increase in showings and received feed back from Pam after each showing. She sold our home in a short time under challenging conditions as our property was joint owned by myself, my brother and sister and we all lived in different parts of the US. Kelly Donovan is not only an amazing realtor but she is a beautiful soul as well! I had to search through many agents to find her and she is a true treasure! Debra made my experience with buying a home completely hassle free even during some rough moments. She helped me through the entire process and encouraged me to not waste any time with buying a new home. Early on, she warned me of supply chain issues and shortages which would drive up home prices rapidly. So we took her advice, didn't waste any time, selected a lot, picked a model and initiated a contract back in Jan 2021. We hit a lot of bumps in the road with construction delays and even a price increase halfway through the build which was very discouraging, but Debra encouraged us to hang in there and pointed out all of the silver linings. She was like a therapist & realtor and only a phone call away. We ended up closing at the end of July 2022 with around $30,000 in equity after everything was said and done. In today's market, that is unheard of and glad I listened to Debra. Anything that Debra could do within her power she did excellently. A long process for seniors to downsize and sell their home. Linda met with my parents and I multiple times to help determine a path forward. She was so kind, patient and diligent.
