I had to bring my cat in last week and found out he had a urinary blockage.. due to the fast action of the pet hospital they were able to clear his blockage.. they were so helpful and answered all of my many questions and concerns and provided helpful advice

Went there with my kitty in distress and what felt like at deaths door. These AMAZING folks brought him back from deaths door and were so compassionate and caring to him. I owe them his life!

Just went back to them 2/14/24 and had the BEST experience! A kitty we have needed an emergency tail amputation and they got her in right away and got it done! We have brought 2 cats into Animal Emergency of Pasco within the past month. One of them needed an eye removal and the other a tail amputation. Each time, we experienced such caring and professional staff at the facility. They truly care about the animals and help in need with the community for urgent cases. Dr. Lee and all the staff were wonderful. I was even running late for pick up and a staff member stayed after closing just to wait for me. They really went above and beyond expectations. My dog went in while I was out of town and ended up needing emergency surgery. The team kept me in the loop every step of the way and intimately saved his life. Was it inexpensive? Nope. But it was worth every penny for the expertise of the staff. My big man is doing well and is back to work now.

My cat was having a very difficult time to breathe, one nostril was completely closed and she was breathing thru her mouth. The staff took me in immediately, cleared her airway and prescribed proper antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection.

Happy to report my cat is doing great.

The staff was very pleasant and caring. The doctor called me to make sure my cat was doing well.

Very happy and would not hesitate to take my pets there again.

I brought my dog in for an ACL repair and I cannot tell you how amazing the treatment and care was for my dog. Not to mention how caring the staff were towards my feelings. I highly recommend Dr Lee and his team at this place for your pet needs. They are absolutely amazing!

My little puppy suddenly puked and couldn’t stand up. I thought he was dying. I got this Animal Emergency from google map. Called and they took him in immediately. Three hours later I got him back and he jumped around happily. I worried about the price. They did lots test on him also gave some medicine. But everything together was only $149. The workers and doctors are super nice. I definitely recommend this place if your pets need.

Dr. Larratta and all the staff were very kind. They took good care of my sick kitten and he's back to his usual busy happy self this morning. I'm surprised to see him spring back so quickly because he was really sick for 3 days prior. I'm grateful we have this emergency clinic nearby.

My dog had her ear bitten off by another dog and she was in real bad shape I really didn’t have the money but thank god my friend paid for it , and even more so thank god they kept it as low price as possible, her follow up appointment’s and any other visits from now till she’s healed they won’t charge me extra. This place really did make it not stressful and kept it professional and the vet was so sweet and did an AMAZING job on my dogs ear i really am glad I brought her there they did wonderful and they were wonderful with me as well thank you for making the emergency as less traumatic and painful as possible for me and my baby You guys are amazing.

So thankful vet clinics like this exist for when other vets aren't open or have appointments available. Thank you sooo much for taking care of my pet when he wasn't feeling well! Highly recommend for emergency situations

Fran, Dr. Lee and the gal at the front desk were nothing short of the personification of compassion and LOVE. They treated my old girl with such dignity and respect, and I could not thank them enough for helping me through this rough time. They also treated my wallet with respect, unlike other local vets who wanted to charge me an arm and a leg just to humanely euthanize a 17 year old dog. They are HUMAN, and their care for animals shows. Again, THANK YOU to Dr. Lee and his staff.

We have used this vet multiple times. All of the vets and staff are top notch! I'd like to give a special shout out to vet tech Holly, she is very knowledgeable and compassionate.

I’m surprised by some of these reviews. My dog has been going between here and another hospital during the day for almost a week. Every person I’ve had contact with has been friendly and so helpful. The doctors spend a good amount of time on the phone with you providing updates and answering your questions. Drop off and pick up has never been more than a 10 minute wait, if that. Does some time go by before updates are available? Sure. Your pet is not the only one there, and there might be something more serious than your dogs midnight ear infection. Is it cheap? Not at all. But this is an emergency facility. They are working overnight and through the weekend, providing care you can’t get at many daytime hospitals. Staff, medicine, and equipment costs money.

It’s unfair to accuse them of having no compassion because they cannot offer free treatment to everyone that is not prepared for accidents or major illnesses with their pets. There are a number of resources out there to help with finances so your babies can get the help they need. My dog has insurance for this reason, and even if he didn’t I’d sell my car and every last thing I own if I needed to. They saved my boys life, you cannot put a price on that!

HUGE thank you for taking care of my little maligator and tolerating him when he started feeling better! And of course for putting up with crazy dog moms like me.

What an AMAZING staff!! I recently had to bring my mini doxie in for an injured front leg. The entire team was so professional, friendly and thoughful. They made me feel soooo confident my baby was in the best of hands.

Honestly can’t believe some of the reviews here. Any time I’ve ever had an animal emergency I’ve brought my pets here. The vet is very caring, my cat had a urinary blockage multiple times and I brought him here. They are the cheapest I have found for an emergency hospital. The staff is very caring and told me I could call anytime (even at 4am) for updates on my sick kitty. I live over an hour away from this place now but it was worth the drive. Thank you all for what you do for my fur babies cause I’d be lost without them

I have used them more times then I like to say and they have helped saved my pups a couple times or figure out why they were sick
Today the backyard ducks we feed were no where to be found, I went about my day, and later in the afternoon the kids came running in screaming the ducks had no necks.
My husband was going to take care of it but I told him let me call the ER and see what they say, I called they were very nice over the phone they took the ducks right away, I filled out a form and they told me they'll evaluate and see what they can do. The kids and I really hope they are okay! We will be thinking of them always, as we fed them our chicken feed every single day

If I could give more stars I would.There is no one more loving and attentive than this clinic especially Nikki she was very amazing and caring and loving. I will not take my other dogs anywhere else in any kind of emergency I will bring them here this is where I want my animals to be because I know they will be well taken care of because they really care. Thank you Nikki for being there for spot. This is one of my babies spot I luv you I will miss you.
