I was referred to them by my regular veterinarian. They are excellent!!! Dr. Canfield is a storehouse of priceless knowledge & really knows his stuff. If it weren't for the long drive, they would be my regular vet. Kind, attentive staff & excellent service. They really care about your fur babies ❤🤗

My dog Ellen is doing great with her treatment. I've had her for 2 years and her skin is doing so well she is getting fuzzy all over and in places she's never been fuzzy like her ears and feet. As a veterinary technician myself I especially appreciate their patience and kindness with Ellen who isn't the bravest little dog thanks to her history of living with a hoarder. Overall we would both recommend their services. All employees were super nice, friendly, and helpful as well.

Rebecca from the front desk was extremely helpful in getting our cat in as quickly as possible for a CT appointment and coordinating what was required beforehand, and everyone at the practice was very communicative throughout the entire process. They even offered a nail trim while our cat was still sedated, a small thing but shows they definitely pay attention to your pet!

We brought our pug in to treat a skin condition. Dr Sampeck found a lump we had missed, checked cytology and diagnosed a mast cell tumor, all in the same day. Thanks to her care and thoroughness, she caught our pug’s MCT cancer early. The staff is kind, efficient. As with all good vets, it can be difficult to get appts, but worth it. Thank you ADS ❤

We are so thankful for Dr. Canfield & Dr. Sampeck. Our goldendoodle has severe allergies. We started immunotherapy and she’s so much better. Very helpful and friendly staff!

I have to share how pleased my wife and I were when the Dr came outside the building on our first visit to meet with us personally for 30 minutes talking about the care and treatment of our puppy. We felt comfortable with what he discussed and even though it is an hour and a half from Seminole to his office on U.S. 19, we felt it was well worth it! Thank you Dr Canfield, Peyton & Rebecca!

I was on the cancellation list for an earlier appt. I rcvd the call last week. I met with Dr. Bridgette who did a thorough exam of Alli's outer nose area. Dr. Bridgette explained what is most likely going on internally. I am waiting for an appt for the CT scan and rhinoscopy. Dr. Bridgette and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I am so happy I chose Animal Dermatology South.

I cannot recommend Dr Canfield enough! He took on my two cats that medically have stumped several vets before him. These two recently has procedures done and have been recovering beautifully. The entire staff was excellent. I've been the most optimistic in the treatment of my cats since seeing Dr Canfield.

I haven’t even stepped foot into this practice yet and I can already tell you I’m impressed with the telephone communication alone. Kimberly on a busy Saturday took time out of her morning without being asked, put my mind at ease and gave me advise that was much needed. I can’t stress enough how kind, professional, and knowledgeable she was. Intelligence and trust starts at the front desk and in 1st impressions and whether she is normally answering phones or not, I can tell she is knowledgeable and that my pets will have phenomenal care at this establishment. Our veterinarian could not figure out what was wrong with our 17 year old dachshund, and we feared she was at the end of her road. We were referred to Animal Dermatology South, and the wonderful Dr. Bridgette Sampeck diagnosed Lola with Lupis. One year later, our Lola is a new dog. She celebrated her 18th birthday and is in much better health. Thank you, Dr. Sampeck for your knowledge and wonderful care. Highly recommended!!!

My Peagle has allergies and we came here almost two years ago to get him some relief. Needless to say Animal Dermatology South has been amazing with our boy. He has been feeling better and is back to his normal craziness. This entire staff is amazing and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Dr. Canfield has assembled an excellent team at this veterinary practice. My dog has been suffering from extreme allergies since she was 7 months old and has seen other specialist in central Florida. Dr. Canfield and his staff work hard to get straight to the root cause of the issue and then work out a treatment plan. I do not feel like I’m being price gouged on medications. My dog is very large, so her medication can get pricey really fast. I love that they will ship her medicated shampoo and other therapies through the mail. When she goes to her follow up appointments, Dr. Canfield is thorough and goes over all results with you to make sure you understand it. Since my dog has been his patient, I’ve learned so much about taking care of her and her needs.

Dr. Canfield and the entire staff are the best I have found in the Tampa Bay Area. Dr. Canfield diagnosed (and fixed) a condition that my dog had been suffering with for years and she had seen other vets. It is making such a difference on my doggos everyday life! I cannot recommend them enough! If there is a wait to get in, it is certainly worth it even if it is a second opinion, as it may be the best opinion!

What a great visit! Well worth the 2 hour drive! Dr. Sampeck, Nicki and staff were so pleasant and caring for my sweet dog! They gave great advice, are experts in veterinary dermatology, and were very patient and compassionate. They answered all of my questions, and I know my dog will be better soon because of Dr. Sampeck's care and her staff! Thank you!! I highly recommend them!! I would give them more stars if I could!

Very impressed with Animal Dermatology South. Dr. Bridgette Sampeck suggested remedies I had never heard about, specifically Melatonin and Neutrogena Body Oil to treat hair loss. Mia is on the Melatonin - it does not make her sleepy, still as frisky as ever. Hoping to see results before her next appointment in three months. (I think Mia was also impressed…….had to stop in every room she passed to visit with the staff, she loved all the attention she got.)
