I just wanted to show my appreciation I hope Dr.Kelly Maxwell knows how amazing she was! My dog is pretty aggressive in uncomfortable situations because I recently got him from the shelter, he’s a 60 pound dog too. Dr.Maxwell was amazing with him, he didn’t even freak out!! She was so amazing and kind! I really appreciate the whole team of them because they helped me so much today I had to get blood drawn from him for a heart worm test and it’s so hard because he’s not dog friendly either and they made him a little corner so he was safe from other dogs, they walked around the store with me, there was so much these girls did they were all truly so kind! I wish I knew all their names to show my appreciation, but if you have a dog that’s reactive and even aggressive don’t worry these guys are pros, just make them aware and they’ll handle it, I was honestly amazed how easy it was and they even talked to people to make sure no dogs were near mine! I cannot thank them enough, 10/10 Dr.Kelly Maxwell and the other girls were amazing best experience I’ve ever had with a vet

Called to find out when they would have a pet follow up and shots (I know they don’t have them open every day) but the employee told me she doesn’t know when the next one would be and when I asked her to ask a manager or something she told me they were really busy currently and I have to call back. Why answer the phone if u can’t AND THEN WONT HELP! Lost my biz!

No customer service to be found here overheard one coworker trying to get laid with the other instead of trying to help customers

Had an appointment for heart worm prevention and the doctor just left without waiting for my appointment or give me a courtesy call, completely disrespectful

Needed water tested,no one there to help went up to front and the lady had to get someone to help.The guy had an attitude was not nice and I won't ever go back there again.
