I came in with issues with my bill so I came in and spoke with Anthony and with Brandon and those two amazed me with how they were able to drop my bill amount and setup 2 tablets for me. Those boys deserve a raise. If anyone needs two experts to take care of them come here and ask for Anthony or Brandon

Anthony did amazing he took his time making sure everything was transferred from my old phone to my new phone he even did above and beyond work talking with customer care to make sure my phone was good to go if you want good service and to talk to somebody who knows what he's doing come back here and see Anthony

They weren't able to assist me in getting a new phone, however they were able to steer me in a better direction that resulted in me getting a better deal for a better phone elsewhere. Absolutely professional, even when they weren't going to make a sale.

Charles that works at this store is absolutely amazing!! For 4 weeks we had nothing but lie after lie and was told that there was nothing else to do at the other store. BUT Charles fixed EVERYTHING within an hour.. I will definitely keep bringing him business!

Jenny helped me upgrade my phone fast and easy! Very friendly and patient had a nice experience. Great employees always make the experience better! Have been to other metros in the past where they act like I'm bothering them, not the case here great staff keep up the positivity! :)

I have to say this was the best experience I have had with this store. Charles was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to what I was looking for. I will likely return and would recommend.

Two nights ago I went in because customer service couldn't figure out why my phone was jumping 2g to 5g and not working. She was extremely patient and helpful even though she didn't quite know the issue. This is a day and age where good workers are hard to find. Please give her a raise and hire more like her and her coworker.

Destinee and Nick were super helpful today. Nick went out of his way to get us the best deal he could on a new phone, and Destinee was very patient and thorough. Customer service with meaning makes spending money not feel so bad. We appreciate the dedication of these two today!

I came in to Metro at Elfers square with a problem of the length in notifications Sam Mike Jeff and Charles all worked on the problem until it was figured out. Kudos to the staff at Elfers store. Thank you

We were met with a smile and treated well by the staff it was easy to get my wifi box we were there 15 minutes and out the door

This place was awesome and Matthew Giddenz " matty " was very helpful and helped my sister get another phone. We thanked him and i thought he was manager in which he definitely should be! We were very thankful for him cux before going to his store we went to other store closer to our house off of moog rd and 19 and couldn't believe the rudeness of the employee working behind the counter her name was Judy. We walked in store to her talking on her cell phone on a personal call and there was another customer in there before us. Judy didnt even acknowledge us or the other customer. We were in store for at least 5minutes and Judy was still on her phone. So she lost a sale and we left! Very unprofessional! So im so glad that Matthew helped us out and my sister got a very nice phone! Would definitely recommend this store. Thanks Matty! We went into ur store upset but we left laughing, smiling and HAPPY😁

The new Internet 5G works great save a meeting a $135 phone spectrum. I just got Internet from spectrum and it cost me a $175.

The guys there was amazing!!! Helped my son and I get new phone and cheapest plan possible for my needs. Very knowledgeable and great at training the new associates!! Highly recommend this location.

The employee Matty is always the best! I known him for years growing up and always setting up my phones, he’s the most funniest well respected employee In any of the store you will find!
