Publix Pharmacy at Regency Crossings

We have used this Publix pharmacy at Regency crossing since moving to the area in 2015. We are very happy with the pharmacy team. They are great, Friendly, go the extra mile.
My Dr sent a prescription to Regency crossing ( situation was over 1.5 years ago) and this Publix was out of the Medication.( I had to have my Insulin as we were in a hurry to get to Tampa airport as my Mother in law passed away in Ohio).
The Pharmacist found a store on Little Rd that had my medicine. When we arrived at Little Rd, I was very surprised to find my prescription was ready. I thanked them and was told the pharmacist at Regency crossing request they fill it ASAP. We were so impressed that they went above and beyond like this.The pharmacy team at Little Rd was amazing also. We will continue to use this pharmacy always. Thank you for everything.

The pharmacists here are great. They take great care of my family and ask how we're doing when they see us, even if we aren't getting a prescription. We have been frequenting this location for 6 years, and that won't change any time soon.

Very kind and considerate, never have to wait, they are friendly, answer any questions you may have, if they are out of your medication they will order and let you know when to expect it to be in! Left a big box retail store because of rude employees that act like they are doing you a favor and never have your prescription ready!! Thank you Publix, these folks all deserve a raise and recognition!!

Haven't been inside. But it's not open 24 hours, they do open at 7am though.

Clean and friendly

Had my prescriptions delayed twice at two different times had to wait at least twenty-four hours to get both prescriptions filled. Things have not changed in two months since my last refill. Avoid publix pharmacy.

This pharmacy has been a nightmare since we started using it every month I have issues with them refilling prescriptions even when I call and I am assured everything is fine. Countless phone calls between them and the dr I CAN NOT understand why prescriptions with refills authorized by a Dr are so hard to get refilled here. And the prescriptions aren't narcotics it's literally blood pressure meds and blood thinners once they even said they didn't fill the blood thinner because it is expensive like what the heck.....really I only need them to live

Rude, Slow and Ignorant!
My Mother's G.P. Called in her Thyroxine medication first thing this morning to publix because she was completely out. This Afternoon he called into Express Scripts her mail order pharmacy for 90 day scripts. Because staff sat on their butt all day ignoring my Mother's Script, Express Scripts had already filled the medication by the time they got around to it this afternoon! The Doctor has specifically instructed my Mom to start her Medication TODAY! Thanks to the laziness and Ignorance of staff, That is NOT a possibility! The new staffing at Publix pharmacy leaves a LOT to be desired and I will be doing everything possible to make certain things improve there...One way or ANOTHER!

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever dealt in my life the doctor sends in the prescription and the pharmacist decides when he wants to fill it I've been told multiple times I can't fill them till the afternoon when clearly it was sent in at 1st
