I chose to explain my experience rather than find a resolution because of how disappointing and disgusting I feel about this business that I refuse to ever deal with them again.

I’m a single mother who recently had insurance switched from my employer that caused my prescription to triple my cost so from 0 went to $35 with CVS. But as suggested from a rep they provided me this pharmacy that was to only charge me $9 instead but the Pharmacist refused to put it thru because they wouldn’t profit from it and instead wanted to charge me their “price for $170 for 3 months supply + $ 20 upcharge. I refused and brought to my insurance rep and they directly communicated with StayWell and told them I picked up my prescription and only was charge the $9 which was CLEARLY a lie -when they follow up with me I confirmed that’s incorrect and still wasn’t able to get my prescription filled -when I called StayWell back they stated they pushed it back and I will just need to go somewhere else. Making this issue a gap of being without my medication for a whole week and messing up my health. I was able to get my medication finally at a reasonable price with Publix Pharmacy instead with the help of my insurance rep. But again.

StayWell just proved to me that they DONT CARE about their customers but how much $ they can make in the pharmaceutical greedy world. Unethical and unprofessional when they willing to lie to insurance companies and their patients -highly recommend to NOT use their services.

Very unprofessional, the prices increase every month. They collect your money and don’t give out receipts. When you sign your name on the kiosk. The price displayed is way lower than what you’re being charged. What’s most disappointing he is taking advantage of people, and because I couldn’t afford the extreme price, I’m in pain can’t move my left leg or walk until I switch over pharmacy. Thank you
