We are elderly and wanted to sell and buy a newer home. We called Roy after he left me a couple of messages. We talked for a bit and he asked what would you sell your home to me for? They make sure to work with you and your scheduling in the case they may have to come to your property for a showing , repair, or upgrade! They have a good maintenance crew that are easy to work with. Some of the workers to mention include Pete and the AC man David who kept our system running cold even during the hottest of summer days!

The owner of Preferred Homes, Roy was absolutely amazing EVERYTHING he said to me was a fact & EVERY action was true to his word! I personally dealt with 4 warehousing scammers that were a absolute nightmare & Roy not only educated me of thier wrong doings but went the extra mile to contact his personal lawyer on my behalf to make sure me & my 80 year old mother were not taken advantage of. Roy not only paid a extremely fair price for my mothers very compromised house but he also personally negotiated off almost half of her $17k lien against her house, leaving her more money at closing. Currently at a home managed by them and so far any issue we have had whether it be questions or maintenance, our point of contact responds almost immediately regardless of the time we text him. We are working on some upgrades and TLC around this house and they are more than cooperative and willing to work alongside us and compensate us for whatever we spend by making a deal with our rent. This company is by far one of the best companies I’ve ever rented from and when it comes time for me to out right purchase a home I will probably go through them as well. Definitely recommend them!!
