Great service, friendly and flexible. They are quick, including filling new scripts that have not already been received by them. They will try to help you with any reasonable problem you may have. Just ask.
And they are very reasonable with prices, not having adequate insurance or paying by cash.
I drive almost 40 minutes for my scripts because of the prices and the added bonus of the friendliest, most likeable, pharmacy people I have ever dealt with.

I've been going here for 10 years ever since he opened at Royal pharmacy on Main St and George has always been very good to me and has better prices than any of the other small owner operated pharmacies. He actually cares about his customers and he doesn't treat me like a customer, but like a friend.

Great pharmacy. Fair prices. The staff here are lovely people, professional and kind. My prescriptions are filled so fast, they are ready before i can even drive there. I can't recommend them enough.

Very good pharmacy and very kind gentleman runs the place most of the time. I go here whenever I need prescription medications filled and have been for a few years now. It's always fast and easy.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 3 years and Cam that owns and runs is always there to answer a question. He calls me the day before I see him after Pain Management to let me know he has my script ready and to call him after I see the Dr. if anything has changed in dosage or strength. I don’t mind the little higher price compared to Walgreens or CVS even Publix, but the customer service is second to none.

The Pharmacist at Marine Pharmacy is the kindest man I have met in a very long time. I will do my business with him on a monthly basis from now on. He really cares about his clients.

Pharmacist and techs are very rude and argumentative. They are always outta stock on medications. The owner is the only one that is okay to deal with. They tell you your insurance isn't valid, im assuming just to get cash outta you. Never have I ever had a hometown pharmacy to be so rude to me. I've even been in there when a lady was crying for her meds and they were giving her issues. It's ridiculous. I'll never go back there again.

This pharmacy and the owner/pharmacist refused to do his job by simply filling the prescriptions my therapist sent over electronically to him after he had agreed to do when I spoke with him prior to my appt about possibility of using his services for my medication. I have just recently moved from Largo/Pinellas County to NPR and I have NEVER been treated or spoken to so rude and disrespectfully for absolutely no reason and I don't recommend this place and I have taken my business elsewhere as I recommend you do as well.
