Highly recommend Hyundai of New Port Richey. We recently purchased a 2018 VW Tiguan from salesman John Harp. Our finance guy was Jerrod who was very low key and friendly and I suspect worked a bit to get us into what we wanted. It was an incredibly painless & no stress experience. John was very easy to work with, helpful & no pressure. They had exactly the vehicle we had in mind. There was no sense of this being a "sleazy" dealership (you know one when you experience it). Hubby & I would absolutely recommend this dealership to others and will definitely return when we are ready to purchase again.

I have bought numerous cars and I was always nervous. I just had the best experience at this dealership. My salesman was Robert Wirth and for the first time I felt so comfortable and was amazed how he listened to me on what I wanted and how he went out of his way to make it happen! I would highly recommend going to see him.
Even the service department was amazing. We noticed a nail in our tire of our new purchase we took it in and Roxanne in the service department took care of everything and was so amazing! I highly recommend going there because of my experience! Anyone who buys a car should experience the quality of service I got!

We worked with Robert and he was great! His top priority was making sure we were happy. Him and his boss worked with us as much as possible price wise. The financer had 30+ years experience and didn't even bother try talking us into the "normal dealer warranties". Everyone was extremely polite and professional yet you feel like they care. We bought a vehicle through this certified used dealership this past weekend. I am a full time college student and came with my mom. Everyone we worked with Chris and Jerrod were incredibly patient and accommodating to our requests. I had to take a zoom interview during the process and they allowed me to take it in a private office. Very nice and accommodating!!

Jack, our sales person was friendly, straight to the point and very helpful and we got the vehicle that we wanted and pretty much what we wanted for our trade in. We recently bought by Nissan Rogue from here. We worked Mark and Rob in finance. After having a poor experience at another dealership, it was a breath of fresh air working with them.

They were patient, answered every question we had, and were not pushy at all. They helped us get a good deal, beat the rate I had with my credit union, and help the process be fast and easy. We also received a good warranty despite it not being a Hyundai vehicle!

This place is amazing! I really dislike the LONG process of buying a car, HOWEVER, Chris and the finance manager, MADE IT A BREEZE!!!!! I noticed right away that Chris was not PUSHY. He was there to show us anything we wanted,but not pushy. When we found a car, he was up front with the pricing, no back and forth, he came out with the best they could do and we could see that he was being honest and truthful. My experience here was great!!! I initially was not EVEN LOOKING at a Hyundai, however, I found one and fell in love with it and took her home! Do yourself a favor and give them a shot!
