Zach and Dwight were such a pleasure to deal with. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were very professional. My dryer was fixed in less an hour. Zach even went out of his way to check the filter on my fridge for me. Over all very satisfied… I would use Romano’s again if any appliance issues ever arise!

I am so impressed with using Romano's Appliance Repair for the first time when my dryer stopped turning on. Of course my dryer stopped working on Thanksgiving Day so the next day I called multiple vendors and Romano's Appliance Repair was the first to say they could come out to repair my dryer the same day. I was given a time frame between 11AM - 2PM and I received a text that someone could be here earlier which was great! Robbie was so polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable and had my dryer repaired within 30 minutes or less. I will definitely recommend this vendor to anyone needing appliance repairs. Thank you so much!

Very professional, came and looked at my stove, diagnosed the issue very quickly. Received the part and got the work done in very fair timing. Made the process very easy and hassle free. Best price I found btw. Would definitely recommend.

We had a giant crack in our glass cooktop and Zack fixed it late one Friday. Several shipping delays occurred from the manufacturer and Zack was very communicative keeping us up to date on its progress. New cooktop looks great!!

I cannot put into words how amazing this company is, the owner zack is truly an amazing individual, my fridge was broken and unfortunately I could not afford a new one. When I stumbled upon zacks great company it was like a light in my life. Zack showed up and saved me for a great price compared to competitors. 10/10 recommend! The customer service is spot on great. Will tell you like it is and isnt in it to upcharge you for unneeded repairs. Also explains things in terms that anyone could understand. Will also take time to educate you on appliances to help maintain your stuff! Could ask for a better repairman!

They came out to my house for a diagnostic on my washing machine that no longer spun properly and was always out of balance. He gave me a recommendation to replace the machine due to it not being cost effective to repair and charged a reasonable fee for doing so. Great interteraction and zero complaints about the service.

I reside in California, and have a few properties in palm beach. It’s imperative I have someone responsive and reliable when I need them. Called Romano’s due to my tenants refrigerator not cooling and within 48 hours had it repaired and up and running.

Zach was tied up and sent Vlad to service my Samsung refrigerator. Vlad was nothing but a gentleman and found only maintenance was required. Thank you Zach for your professional approach and honesty.

There's a reason Romano's has a 5 star rating! My Whirlpool motor died way too early and not only will Whirlpool not replace it but the service contractors they use are overwhelmed, understaffed, and provide horrible customer service. A friend referred me to Romano's and they will be my new go to appliance repair company. They come out the next day or as soon as possible and do not charge as much as these other companies. That's proper customer service!

Contacted them for repair for my dishwasher that started leaking. The manufacturer said the tub needed to be replaced but they do not make that model any more.

Zack at Romano’s offered to help me find a replacement, which I took him op on. He gave me some recommendations for replacement based on what I wanted. They orders a new one and installed it. Again, I called for repair but they went the extra mile and did not charge me for the attempted repair.

Romano’s will be the only company I call for future appliance repairs. Zack is awesome at his job. Very professional and helpful.
