Brasher Park

My husband and I absolutely love love this place! What a beautiful serene hidden gem it is. There is also a kid's play ground with very strong swings, what a treat! The best part about this park is that the sunsets are never the same and it's stunning to see Mother Nature and the sun in all their glory. We went once when the tide was super low and we walked out and took in the sun setting, what a calming experience. I saw hermit crabs and to my utter excitement...baby horseshoe crabs in the tiny tide pools!! What a truly memorizing way to connect to and enjoy nature.

Great place to launch small boats such as kayak or canoe without a trailer due to there are no trailer ramps. Great place to watch the sunset.

Fun place to fish or kayak. Great island 1 mile off shore can paddle to easily, best sand beach. Lots of mangrove and trails in salt springs...

Pretty little city park on the Gulf. Nice spot to relax in nature, catch a sunset or enjoy a picnic.

Sweet little spot with a bench facing west but it closes at sunset. I see folks launching kayaks. There are a few picnic tables and a playground with public bathrooms. Another FLA hidden gem!

I love Brasher. It's my local water front park. Great for fishing, kayaking and watching the sun set. It's nothing special but it's a good small park.

Great park to watch the sunset or cast a line. Only one bench to sit and see the sunset. Bring your own chair. Has bathrooms, playground, Pavillion and BBQ grill. Can hand launch kayaks here too.

It was clean and enjoyable, but the restrooms were locked on Sunday

Beautiful little spot hidden just off the mayhem of US19. Picnic tables, AND trash cans. Free to use too. Please use trash cans! About a million little spots to launch kayaks or tiny boats. Seen all kinds of sea birds and even saw a dolphin! Nice spot to take a break!

Nice park to watch the sunset! It's small but packs alot. Kayak launch spots, fishing, picnic tables under covered roof, bathrooms and a fenced in playground. YOU CAN OFTEN SEE DOLPHINS IN THE EVENING WHILE WATCHING THE SUNSET!

Love this park! Great fishing spot and kayak launch. Also has great sunsets with a wide view of the Gulf. Even a playground for the kids and restrooms are clean! Definitely check this place out
