This was one of the best experiences my guests and I had in a long time. It all starts from the owners Chef Mark and Patty Vesh...they know hospitality and it shows in everything they do. The staff and food were amazing and my guests raved about it all night. Also, thanks to my event planner Charisse Anderson for all her hard work. My wedding was April 22 of 2023 and people are still talking about our food, the best part is nobody picked one thing as their favorite…. They loved our whole menu! What was brought to our attention the most was the Maryland Mini Crabcake appetizer, chicken Marcella pasta and the honey carrots. At the wedding I had people coming up to my table, telling me how much they enjoyed their meals and future brides have texted me, asking me for their information. Their customer service was great. There were a couple hiccups along the way as that happens with wedding planning, but Vesh was right there to accommodate and was extremely fair.
As for the day of the wedding, Vesh’s service was extremely professional and their Uniforms matched. They made sure the groom and I had our food ready and it was hot and even saved us some of our appetizers. I’m still dreaming of those crabcakes. I can confidently say my tasting matched what they served us on our wedding day maybe it was even better! I’ll be looking into using vesh for my future events.

Hired for a holiday brunch in Spring Hill, FL and was very impressed. They were easy to contact/very responsive during the booking process. The food quality and presentation were amazing. Additionally, their serving staff did an excellent job. Will definitely hire again.

We used Vesh Catering for our wedding at the Barn at Crescent Lake. Marie, the director of catering, was fantastic. For our tasting, she ensured we left happy with our menu. The food was delicious and the servers were great! We met one of the servers at our tasting and we were happy to see her again on our wedding day. Overall a great experience. With just a weeks notice, Vesh was able to put together an amazing spread for a 5 year anniversary party. They responded within minutes on any question I had, were on time and set the whole thing up at my house. Not to mention the food was amazing! We had a Dr. at the party who informed me he doesn’t like catered food and he usually takes his girlfriend out to dinner after any catered event but this food tonight was ‘fire’. Everyone in the party commented on how good the food was! I would highly recommend!

Vesh did a wonderful job for my daughter’s birthday. They were prompt and helped me out the week of the party. The food was SO good and we had multiple compliments on the food! 10/10 recommend and I will be calling them again!

I highly recommend this catering company. They catered my wedding and let’s face it it’s not cheap to feed 150 people the good stuff and they worked with me with payments and changing my menu often. Molly was great to work with and the owner was our chef and our guests complimented us for the food choice over and over. They even had to go plates for my husband and I seeing we were to busy entertaining to eat and our initial plates got cold due to that. We did buffer style and it was set up perfectly. Highly recommend the pictures attached are the foods we tried and honestly nothing disappointed from cocktail our to the dinner!

I recently worked with Vesh for a small event and couldn't be happier with the service. I reached out a few weeks before the event (which I thought was a bit close), and they quickly responded with a sample menu and proposal. With a bit of discussion, we quickly confirmed our menu and event details. They made the planning extremely easy! The event was excellent -- the team arrived promptly, was friendly, and was professional. The spread and presentation were perfect and elevated our event. I will work with Vesh again in the future!

Vesh Catering did our corporate holiday party. The display was beautiful. The food was outstanding. Every single attendee was in awe and enjoyed this delicious meal. 100% professional service. Already booked them for next year!

I really recommend Vesh Catering! I recently had a Food and Wine festival event and let me tell you! They were PHENOMENAL!!! My event took place outside under a tent and I had lights and looked very nice! Vesh Catering topped it off with tabletops with spandex linen, table center pieces and had their employees dressed very well! The food was so amazing! The bacon wrapped chestnuts were a huge hit! What can I say! Vesh Catering was very professional and the food came out with great presentation and was kept hot! Thank you so much!! I loved them so much I booked them for two more events and I know I have more to come! I will see you guy's at my Veterans Day Brunch and Christmas Party!

My wife and I stumbled across this venue while planning our daughter's Sweet 16 party. At the time we didn't realize just how lucky we were to have found Patty and Mark Vesh. They are an amazing couple with extreme patience and care; kind and humble. They didn't just host the event at their venue, they also catered it. They were open to any and all ideas, very responsive to all communication, and willing to work with us in every way possible. Molly was also wonderful, and was instrumental in the final preparation and tying up loose ends just before the event. On the night of the party we received compliments from every guest all night long about the venue and the food. We were very satisfied with the whole process and the final outcome. The staff was amazing, too! I would refer our closest of friends and family to Vesh Venue and Vesh Catering (Catered by Vesh) without hesitation. Thank you Patty and Mark!! See you at the next one!

Hired Vesh for my daughter’s baby shower after using them for her wedding. The presentation was wonderful, the food was wonderful and Marie was so great to work with. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I recently hired Catering by Vesh for a family luncheon at Heartwood Preserve. So easy to work with, very professionally managed, lovely presentation and oh my goodness the food was excellent! So happy with everything!

We used Vesh for our wedding catering for 150 guests and I couldn’t be happier! The food was phenomenal- all of our guests were raving about it. I was nervous about meat drying out when it’s served buffet style, but a guest who was at the last table to get their food said the pork tenderloin sliced with a fork, it was that tender and perfectly cooked. The appetizers were so incredible too! I’m a Maryland girl so I’m very picky about my crab cakes and was super impressed by Vesh’s crab cake appetizer. I would absolutely recommend Vesh for anyone who needs wedding catering! The whole team was responsive and professional and I truly couldn’t be happier.

We had a bourbon tasting and Vesh catered it and we got so many compliments on the food they were outstanding…they served everything with a smile and to me that means a lot!

They catered our grand opening for International Bridal Couture at International Plaza. The food was incredible, their timing, service and staff were amazing. My favorite was the mini beef wellington. I also tasted some additional dishes at a different event that they were catering, and the quality of the food was just as incredible as the first time I had it. I highly recommend this catering company for any of your events.!

We hired Vesh to cater our wedding. I'll be honest, I was in a pinch to find a caterer fast due to unforeseen circumstances. The tasting was okay, it was not bad, but I was not over the moon for it. However the food we actually received at the wedding was far beyond expectation. Several of our guest complemented and will be using them now for there wedding also. The steak was cooked & seasoned perfectly! I would highly recommend, and will be using them in the future for other catering needs.

Amazing. We had a crisis with our original wedding caterer cancelling contracts suddenly with our venue, and Vesh was recommended to step in. The tasting we went to was phenomenal, so professional and we got to speak with the owner. Our nerves were relaxed , and we honestly felt like we were on some professional cooking show with how they presented everything. I’d say Gordon Ramsay would even say their food is outstanding. Beautiful salads , passes appetizers, and buffet style entrees it was truly perfect and DELICIOUS!! BEST beef tenderloin I’ve ever had. Falls apart!! We all thank you Vesh!! <3 thank you for making our wedding still go so smooth :)
