These people are *real* people. They listened to all my ramblings, and we worked out different ways I could save money on all my jewelry repairs, all the whole time thoughtful about getting the work done in a timely fashion. And, because they are a custom jeweler, I was able to get exactly why I wanted.

Rollin and his staff have always gone out of their way to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. I've been buying and servicing my jewels and watches for over a decade and can rest assure it's all very high quality gems and precious metals.

My Movado watch stainless steel band came apart. I stopped in, they repaired it and gave it back, said you're all good. I'm like how much, he said nothing have a great day 🌹 Wow you don't get that service these days so I'm compelled to write this. What a blessing

We had our wedding bands an engagement rings custom made here. We used our diamonds to create the jewelry. They came out so beautiful. I jut went back to have my engagement ring loked at because it was catching on my clothes. They fixed it and cleaned our bands too.

The best. A small place with a lot of character. I bought a piece for my daughter recently and it hit the mark. I have been going to them for a few years now and they have a great unique collection of beautiful jewelry, unlike the other common jewelry stores around. My bird Conure has damaged a necklace and earrings by pulling out the gems and broke the clasp for pendant.
Was repaired on time and reasonable prices.

When I tell you these people are the best they are the best! I had my daughters ring my parents got her that had a broken band. My mom passed 2 months ago and I wanted it fixed for her for Christmas. At 1st they said they were doing repairs until after Christmas which I understood and wanted to get a quote anyways. I also had a necklace that was broke that I wanted to turn into a bracelet for her so after talking to him and telling him the story he had i done in 5 days, 3 days before Christmas. I cried tears on joy. He didn't have to do that but he has a heart of gold, no pun intended 😉, and can tell he cares about his customers. The prices were reasonable and the ring and bracelet were absolutely breathtaking. I am a forever customer ❤

Talk about having their act together with knowledge and experience at a great price. I took my 14 karat gold ring in to have it resized and it was very professionally done. We took another piece of jewelry in and had it dips they both came out amazing. Both Frances and James were immeasurably helpful and the price was great too!!!!!

Wonderful help, and honest! I needed my watchband shortened, with links removed. The owner was so patient, testing each link for my preferred comfort. When all was well and done, he charged me nothing! This came as a complete surprise, as I had never stepped foot in the establishment. He informed me that this was their regular practice.

I will be a regular customer now, as I must have a dozen timepieces. Very impressed with customer care. An art sadly disappearing in this day and age. Thank you, Rollin James. Sometimes the little kindnesses make a big impact!
