My sales lady Michelle took excellent care of me. She made sure I got a new bed within my budget including box spring and mattress protector. She was very pleasant.

I recently purchased a mattress here and had a great experience overall. Our salesman, Kyle, was a very nice guy and was very helpful throughout the process. He was able to answer all of my questions in a manner that made me feel confident in my purchase.

I was referred to Mattress Firm to find a mattress for my sister who has a bad back. I couldn't have been more pleased with the treatment I received from Phil. He was the man pleasant, patient, kind and helpful person I had the pleasure of dealing with. He spent several minutes trying to find the best mattress and deal for my sister. I will return to this store if I ever need a new mattress. He was just simply outstanding.

Kyle was amazing helping us decide what the best fit is for us. We tried everything. He never once forced us on a purchase or pushed I should say. It was a knowledgeable experience! The man needs a raise! The warranties are fantastic and knowing we can try out everything for 120 nights is a peace of mind. 10 years warranty on of adjustable frames with lumbar support (900 series) was a huge seller. I have a bad back and once that lumbar went up my back stretched and I didn't have back pain today at all. That alone was a huge seller. Thank you again Kyle for being a awesome sales guy!

Incredible Knowledge and Sincerity from Sleep Expert, Michele! As soon as we came in we were welcomed and felt right at home with absolutely no pressure! First let me say I'm an elderly lady by myself, so I felt leary about going to buy a mattress, I knew what I was looking for and the gentlemen that was helping me listened to what I was talking about n helped me pick out the one that I felt would fit my situation. Thank God he had what I wanted and it turned out to be on sale a Great plus in my book. He made It a Great experience for me, the gentlemans name was Eric and it was at US19 n Ridge Rd.

Phil was very helpful with getting my request taken care of. He was knowledgeable in what needed to be done and helped every step of the way. I highly recommend them!

Mike wanted a firm mattress. We went to Mattress Firm and our salesperson, Michelle was outstanding. She spent alot of time with us explaining the various mattress types. We laid on many mattresses. Her knowledge of the company products along with taking your personal interest in mind was her utmost concern which drove us to purchasing a mattress from this company. She was not pushy on sales, only wanted us to get whatever would make us happy. The delivery men were very professional. Cannot wait for a restful nights sleep on this Beauty Rest Black.

We dealt with Kyle and he was very knowledgeable about the mattresses they have. He showed us several and let us try them. Prices were reasonable he arranged for delivery and removal of old bedding.

The gentleman didn’t pressure me or my wife and was really nice. He was very friendly and also showed us many beds and my wife picked the one she wanted and they delivered it in 3 days. I really recommend this store and the guys there.

We were greeted by Kyle. He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. This was a pleasant surprise. Kyle let us decide on which mattress we wanted and explained the difference between them. This was a very pleasant experience.......I highly recommend Kyle.

We originally saw Kyle at the Port Richey store. We went to the clearance center store to check out 2 side by side mattresses that our original store did not have on the floor.
Mark at the clearance center store was fantastic. He was so polite and respectful and took excellent care of us.
We ended up deciding on a mattress that we had not even considered.
We went and purchased our new mattress from Kyle at the Port Richey store.
Kyle was extremely professional, courteous and caring.
Every employee we came in contact with at any of your stores including Kyle, Michelle, Bryce and Marc get 10 stars out of a scale of 1 to 5.

The sales person Eric did an excellent job helping me select the right bed. He was also dealing with another gentleman. He managed to give me the personal service you’d expect from a one on one sale but he managed to work with both of us.
My last bed was pretty old and my wife wanted a firmer bed and I wanted a softer bed but was willing to negotiate with her. I have issues with both sciatic nerves so I need to make sure I could sleep comfortably on both sides as well as my back. I must’ve went through about 8 separate beds before coming down to the one I ended up getting. He knew about coil count which I guess is a thing with mattresses. We went from really higher number to a much lower one than I thought I’d need with my back problems.
Stellar salesmanship and I’d definitely go there again if I needed a new bed. Five stars

Phil was so nice and helpful, as a first time buyer he helped me narrow down what I wanted and gave me advice on what to look for. Very approachable demeanor and expertise.

Genaro was very helpful and went over the various bases and mattresses. We feel he gave us a great deal on our purchase.
