Main Street Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics of Orange City

I will 100% recommend Main Street to all my mom friends!! So glad I brought my 2 year old here for his 1st dental check-up. Literally everything from the office to the staff was child-centered. The dentist was fun, interactive, and really went out of her way to make the appointment fun and not scary. Thank you so much for your patience and making this process easier. You guys really are AMAZING

Stephanie gave me a card to review her services. She was a happy and friendly person who was truly interested in helping my grandson get in as soon as possible. She scheduled his next two appointments.

All three of my grandkids us this dental office. We have had only positive experiences here. Asia cleaned my grandson teeth today and did his X-rays. My grandson says she is so nice.

Had an amazing experience from check in and the actual dental visit to check out. What an amazing gem this place is. The hygienist was so kind and the dentist made sure my daughter understood everything for her dental care. Everyone was kind and professional.

Our daughter had her very first dental appointment today, and the entire staff was amazing! Sandra was her hygienist and she worked so well with her. She was so careful and explained everything to her before she worked on her teeth. We are so impressed by the complete care and empathy they have for children. They made us and our daughter feel at ease and never forced her to do anything. We made our second appt and will be bringing her little brother in for his first check up as well. The best part was leaving with a balloon animal and goodie bag in our daughter's hands and she was all smiles! Thank you to the entire staff at the Orange City location!

The most pleasant experience at a dentist office. Everyone was so friendly and kind. All of my questions were answered and they took the time to make sure I understood everything and my son was comfortable. We even left with a balloon sword. This office is awesome.

Although the negative reviews made me nervous about todays visit… I can say My son Nicholas had a blast. It’s always been a pleasure bringing him here to this dentist office. And everyone is bilingual so they made him feel even more welcomed. Very clean and yess they do try to get you in and out but they will answer all your questions along with making a nice little balloon for the little ones.

My son‘s first time at a dentist at five years old and Dr. Kates really welcomed him and made him feel great. Amazing bedside manner, clean areas and fast service, and easy communication with front office staff about appointments, scheduling paperwork etc. my son feels that it is a fun time to go to the dentist getting a balloon animal and a certificate for no cavities really seals the deal For children

It was my daughter’s first time at the dentist, the ladies here are AMAZING here! They let her know everything was going to be okay & the dental assistant answered all 100 questions my daughter had as she was nervous lol. If i could give them 10 stars i would ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Best pediatric dentist I’ve been to. The staff is very friendly and organized. The dentist was great with my son. It was a great experience. It’s worth the drive from North Ocala. I highly recommend this office.

Sandra was absolutely wonderful with my 4 year old! I really don’t think we could have had a better experience, very involved with that age group & knows the right things to say. Dr. Jones was awesome too! Quick, but thorough & made sure I understood everything. She didn’t linger (which I personally liked). Lol.

The scheduling was an issue, but Sandra & Dr. Jones definitely made up for it!! Thank you for making my sons experience pleasant!

My kids have been coming here and the staff has been AMAZING!! Today my middle one got a very tedious procedure and Dr. Jones with her assistant Celena were OUT OF THIS WORLD GREAT!!! They treated my baby so so good and explained to her absolutely everything, made her feel comfortable and to my surprise she was so good throughout everything. I'm very happy with how today went and thank them for all they did today!

Update: We've also been seen by the Orthodontics Team at this office, and we have nothing but good things to say. Granted, the process itself is not always pleasant, but they always handle those uncomfortable moments with kindness and sympathy, even leaving things to a future visit, if they think it's "too much". Wonderful team here!

We were seen by Dr. Perez and Julieta. Best experience at a dentist my kids have had in the last 9 years. We had more than a few bad experiences at our previous office, every single issue we had at previous offices were non-existent here; no age-inappropriate movies in the exam room, no policy banning parents to the waiting room, and they where actually able to get my kids' x-rays, the technician was very comforting and kind, even though she needed to do a slightly more aggressive cleaning (but that's my kid's fault)... Very impressed with our experience here!

We had an awesome experience at Main Street today! We had been to a previous dentist office that was really unpleasant and freaked my daughter out. Everyone at Main Street was so friendly and kind. It was clean, kid oriented and they explained everything they were doing step by step. They had the Disney channel on for the kids and they made balloon animals for them. Asia & Dr.Jones were the best and my daughter is actually excited to go back! Thank you!!

This office is above 5 stars. The doctor/dentist, hygienist, and front office staff are incredible. I’m very grateful as it isn't easy taking children to the dentist.

Always friendly staff, gets us in quickly. Nice clean facility. Waiting room is kid friendly with cartoons and play area. My 3 yr old is very difficult and they are very patient with her. Dentist and staff are always welcoming, informative and listen to my concerns. Dentist even makes glove balloons! My granddaughter is on Sunshine Medicaid but we are treated like royalty. Very happy here.

Dr Jones & her assistant Celena were absolutely fabulous! Would recommend them to every parent! They worked so great with my 8 yo, made him comfortable by talking to him the entire time & explaining what they were doing. They work so well with the youth! Can’t rate them two ladies high enough. Keep it up! Your greatly appreciate.

Sandra was fantastic! I had both my kids teeth cleaned and they had us in and out in no time with doing a great job!

I took my daughter in for a cleaning and evaluation. Her hygienist’s, Sandra, was kind and careful to waylay my daughter’s fears. Stephanie, at the check out counter, was very polite and thorough in explaining the referrals for my daughter. I highly recommend this practice for children.

I cannot express how wonderful this practice is. Main Street children’s dentistry and orthodontist. My son is on the spectrum, and their patience and care exceeds all expectations, even made him a balloon animal and patiently took great care of his anxiety about being at the dentist. Definitely recommend practice. Kid friendly in general and soon as you walk in it’s very inviting for kids. Amazing place.
