Great customer service, no hidden fees, car was in great condition and everything went smoothly and quickly. They are also the cheapest in the area. I would highly recommend them and use them again!

Originally was suppose to get a convertible at airport but didn’t have any so had to settle with a Malibu (corporate company) next morning went to this location and Eduardo was able to make things right (independent location)

Always get my rentals from them. They are awesome! And so helpful. The rates for the cars are wonderful. I will always go to them :)

I have been renting trucks and vehicles from this location for over 10 yrs now. Every time I go there I have been treated with respect and kindness. The office area might be small but the customer service is huge. My rentals are always clean and well maintained. Even if sometimes they don't have the size of a truck that I need, Jose, the owner, will go the extra mile to locate one for me at another location. I will continue doing business at this location and I will not go anywhere else. I highly suggest this rental location!!!!!!

Rented a car here while visiting family and missed my pickup time, due to unforeseen circumstances. These guys were so helpful in getting me a car and I can't say enough how thankful I was for their good-natured attitude with all my phone calls and changes. They were also super friendly and positive and I would definitely recommend them over the competition!

Awesome service! Jose was super accommodating, My car was at the shop getting fixed and with the hurricane coming I made a reservation for a rental and picked it up an hour later. Highly recommend.

Thankful to Jose Ramos and his team. They made sure we had the van we needed for our family vacation. We have rented for the past few years from a competitor and every year we had an issue with the cleanliness of the van or other problems. This year we rented from Jose and his team @ this Avis location and we had a very smooth experience. Knowledgeable staff when it came to discounts that also were an assistant to our trip. The bears even liked our van! I will use them again and I will and do recommend them to my friends!
