My car blew a brake hose and I had to get it towed multiple times. I was very stressed and agitated about it and went to enterprise on Brinson rd to get a rental for a few days. Emma who works the front was amazing and personable and really made me calmer and was extremely understanding. She made the whole experience 10000 times better and made a terrible few days not so terrible. Thank you guys!

Jacob Ready was our agent. He went over the vehicle thoroughly and was very efficient. The vehicle I reserved was available and ready for me when I arrived. The vehicle was great, a Kia Tucson.A Drop key box was perfect at drop off.

I’ve rented from this Enterprise weekly for the last couple of months. Everyone is so incredibly kind and I’ve enjoyed my experience every time. The cars are always clean and they communicate with me promptly when they need to. It’s a busy location but they are always professional and helpful. I needed a rental while my car was in the body shop. My experience with Enterprise was great- got the car I needed and it ran fine. I needed it an extra day and that process was easy-without hassle. Return was easy. The Staff was always friendly and courteous.
When I picked up the car, I had to wait because they were so busy but it’s understandable on a Monday morning.
I will use them again for sure.

Cars are Cars, but it's the staff here that makes the place. They are so easy going. They make everything seem so easy and nonchalant. Without losing any professional ism. They know their job.

Saturday 11/18, This place was slammed to the Max. The Staff, Max & Ronald were Rockstars at assisting everyone and getting everyone taken care of. Very professional, efficient and knowledgable. Whatever these guys get paid, it’s not enough. They deserve a raise!

Great experience ..... Colin the manager at the facility went above an beyond the call of duty to help US rent a vehicle this past weekend. A family emergency, the Hot Florida weather, and a hiccup with the reservation that was created via their 800 Hot Line set the stage for a not so happy customer yet Colin & his customer service skills took the time to calm me down, fix the reservation, and really made US happy customers. Thank you Colin for treating US with the upmost respect and making our weekend a win.

Everything from start to finish with our rental was perfect. All employees were professional and friendly, we were greeted with a smile. My first time renting at this location. These guys were great, the Manager especially. They even gave me a ride back to my hotel (within distance of course) after I dropped off my rental of 5 days. Would definitely rent from them again.

This location is full of good vibes! Absolutely loved customer service and helpfulness of all the staff. I wish I could remember all the names, really, but I mostly remember Kim and if I have it wrong I apologize! I came from another Enterprise location that was out of inventory and this locations staff found another rental for me quick. Also, it was a bit more pricey but totally worth it just for the service. Kudos to the staff here, you guys are the best I've seen :)
