I've been leveraging this excellent property management company to manage 16 units that I'm a co-owner of, and myself and my other managing partners are very satisfied with the level of professional service we have received since doing business with this company for the past several months. Kelsey always gets back to my emails and phone calls within a timely manner, and is a true pleasure to speak with. Kelsey is also very good at updating me about what is taking place on a day to day and/or weekly base at my rental properties. This management company even has a great group of workers that can take care of sporadic repair jobs that our properties require. I've had my fair share of experience with property management companies in the area, and I must say this is the best one I've came across. They've been a phenomenal asset to have manage our investments!

Kelsey, Mike and the team did an amazing job taking care of our headaches. From the moment we contracted with them to manage our 4 unit building they took over. No more tenant calls or dealing with collecting rents or dealing with repairs and contractors. They did it all!!!

This company is great! They must have a 99% occupancy rate, because as soon as I sell the unit, they have it rented. They also communicate well with me, any problems are handled right away and most of the time they fix the items before I can even get involved. I would definitely refer them to a new landlord or tenant. They have a great team in the office too!

PPM was very pleasant to deal with. They are easy to get ahold of and get thing done quickly. Kelsey was extremely helpful throughout my time at the rental. I would rent from them again.
