Had to have a ear piercing redone after a couple of years not using an earing. Thankfully the other ear is good. The young lady who did the piercings was great! The thing I noticed the most was her ability to handle all the people who came in and still do my piercing. She really was good all around. What I regret is not remembering her name. She has dark hair and very pretty. I will try to find out her name.

I came here to get a cartilage piercing done. Mikayla was the worker that pierced my ear. She was very sweet and calm and did everything quickly and professionally. I'm so happy I got my piercing done here!!! If I ever get another piercing, I'm definitely going to Mikayla! :)

My daughter suffers from needling anxiety and she couldn't get it done anywhere else. They pierced her eats fast and they made her feel safe.

We brought our little girl here because she wanted to get her ears pierced. She was SO excited in the days leading up to it. Once we got there, all of a sudden she got really scared. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped us, because she was amazing. She spent time with our daughter and made sure it was what she wanted. When our little girl expressed the fact that she REALLY wanted to do it, but was scared, this woman went above and beyond what a regular employee would do and did everything she could to reassure our daughter. She had another employee come comfort her, let her pick out the biggest stuffed animal in the store to hold as support, and talked her through the whole thing. In the end, she helped my little girl feel powerful, confident, and beautiful in her choice. She's only 6, but I guarantee this will be a memory she keeps for the rest of her life!

Kim is such a big sweetheart! She took real good care of my ear piercing process and is definitely worth coming back to! She's what Claire's represents and is an outstanding person!

They pierced both of my girls ears 2 years apart and they did a fantastic job. They are able to pierce both ears at the same time which truly relieves the problem of children avoiding the second round. Great with children!
