Rooms To Go - Port Richey

My husband and I recently purchased a 80 inch tv stand, Lazy Boy recliner, and luxury leather reclining sofa which were delivered today. Three days ago when we purchased the items, we experienced the best time with our salesman, Dalton. He was FANTASTIC! He gave us the freedom to check various things out on our own and then come back to check up on us. He was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and not pushy. I will definitely travel the 45 min drive to visit this beautiful, clean store again and ask for Dalton!! Thank you Rooms-to-Go, thank you Dalton, and thank you to the two outstanding delivery guys that brought my furniture to my home! My living room looks AWESOME! I am so HAPPY!!

I had a lovely experience! Jeanette was very understanding and listened to what I was looking for .. she made the whole process enjoyable! She didn’t rush and she didn’t drag it out either. Right to what I wanted to see! Buying furniture has never been so easy and fun! Thank you Jeanette for everything.. explaining the difference between the two pieces helped with decision of which one to go with! She also made me feel confident with the delivery and the warranty! Everyone is very patient and friendly here. Jeanette took great care of us and took a lot of time to help us find our perfect bedroom set. She even walked around with us after our purchase to look at other furniture options we'll be needing on the near future. Always a pleasant and personable experience!

Kait was absolutely amazing!! She was super friendly and not pushy. She took me around the entire store and showed me all of my options. This was a smooth process and I am leaving with a beautiful new living room set. I will definitely be back in the future if I need anything;)

I really enjoyed my experience here today. It's a large clean store, souch variety from the $500 limit to the $3500 limit. When I got there I was treated and asked to look around by myself and the sale men didn't follow me and weren't pushy. TJ was very kind and polite when checking me out. I would definitely go here again and will refer people to this store when asked about a good location for a couch.

They let you browse at your own pace (no one hovering over you or following you around). Plenty of staff, so you're able to find someone when you're ready.

Delivery is professional and quick. We ended up canceling a few items in our order without any hassle. Pricing is reasonable, and we're overall pleased with what we kept. Definitely using them in the future.

Brian was a great sales person..not pushy and went out of his way to accomodate us. I also hear he is a almost world renowned fisherman. Nice product and great transaction.

The BEST store, friendly, not pushy and let's you look around without them following you. Patrick greated us at the door and explained how things worked and let us look. He checked on us periodically. We will not shop anywhere else but here and through Patrick. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Spent the whole day looking for a couch that had specific needs, and visited several stores with pushy salesmen. Dalton here was excellent, didn't pressure us for a sale, made himself available for us for any question and gave us room to browse and decide. Excellent customer service, very friendly helpful and easy to approach. If you prefer a more relaxed sales experience I highly recommend you mention his name. Answered all our questions when it came to financing, will definitely be coming back for future furniture needs with Dalton!

We decided to go into Rooms To Go in Port Richey during their Anniversary sale and look for a new living room set. Upon arrival, Ty was very friendly, helpful and gave us space to look around. (We liked that because we always get sales people that are too pushy.) Not Ty! He was very respectful and when we decided on what type of sofa we wanted, Ty was extremely helpful giving us a few ideas on choosing the perfect set for our family. He also explained in detail the additional warranty for the furniture. We walked out purchasing a new living room set along with end tables and a coffee table. Thank you Ty for helping us and making it a pleasant experience. We will be back for future purchases!

It was actually a great experience. I was greeted at the door, asked if I wanted help, and I said I just like to browse. I went through the whole showroom and then back to several pieces and no one bothered me. When I was ready to compare pieces and make a purchase I went back to the salesman, and we sat down and went over everything, he was able to answer my questions about the product, and I got all set up very easily for my purchase. So I have to say I recommend Rooms To Go.

First time going to this store, after visiting two other furniture stores the same day and had the best experience with Sheila. She was very professional and super helpful. Sheila was honestly the main reason we made a purchase there, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience. Can’t wait to get our furniture delivered and we’ll definitely be looking for her for our next purchase from rooms to go!

Bought some great Black Friday deals tonight! Jeanette our salesperson was awesome! We met her a few weeks back when we were shopping around for some living room and bedroom furniture. Went in tonight to take advantage of the sale and we asked for Jeanette, she remembered us and she remembered the exact sets we were looking at a few weeks ago! She was so helpful and knowledgeable and made the process so easy and fast! By far the best customer service and best selection in furniture around.
