One of my go-to shops for my European and luxury vehicles. Honest service advisors and skilled mechanics at a discounted rate compared to other high-end service centers. Nice clean facility with the latest equipment, and the work gets done on time.

Always professional, friendly service. A service tech will show you what's been done to your vehicle, and before you check out someone will go over your invoice and make sure you know any future areas of concern for your vehicle. My car leaves cleaner than it arrived. I've always had a very good experience here.

Just moved from Nashville and the starter went out on my BMW….had it towed and within 24 hours it was repaired and ready for pick-up. AJ and the mechanics were awesome to work with. The shop is clean and they used good replacement parts.

My car is just out of warranty and didn't want to pay the crazy dealer service prices. They used only products approved by BMW keeping with the extended warranty on the vehicle. The staff are professional and polite, rates are fair and the service to the car was perfect. They get high ratings because they deserve it. Great place. Ahhhhh uber courtesy shuttle is a brilliant service too. Yup they paid for my shuttle.

I love RB auto. This was my second time taking my Mercedes here and won’t go anywhere else. The technicians are super nice and informative. They explain everything and give you a breakdown of cost for any additional services. They are no pressure and make me feel comfortable. The waiting area is clean and inviting with WiFi. Definitely going back for any maintenance needs for my 2018 Mercedes. Would highly recommend.

I had been looking for a knowledgeable and reliable service center where I felt comfortable about leaving my Vette for service. Where to begin. I recently purchased a 2002 C5 Corvette. This is my first one, I was so excited with the purchase and totally understood I was dealing with a 21 year old vehicle. Like most owner, the climate control had faded.
I couldn't find any shops within the state of Maryland.
Thanks to the internet. RB Auto were there to the rescue. AJ, was very professional and honest with ALL his answers.

RB Auto Service is the only company I trust to work on my car. They explain what needs to be done, no price gouging and go above and beyond when it comes to making sure my car is safe for the traveling I do. I would recommend them to anybody for excellent service.

Fixed my cars A/C which was great, however the inspection fee was known and okay except for the fact that they didn’t find anything out about my issue and then when I picked it up they finally heard the issue but by then I was ready to just take the car and be on my way. Good speciality shop overall, clearly lacking in some areas though

My radiator went on my truck. RB towed it to their facility, went through my entire vehicle upon my request and diagnosed all of my concerns on top of the immediate problem. They gave me a complete cost breakdown and a detailed description of everything they found wrong. I had them talke care of all issues and had completed all repairs in one day. The pricing was reasonable and they even waived the cost of the tow. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

I took my 2012 VW Beetle in for repairs. My dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree. The car was ready within 48 hours. I drove it to Homosassa for a long weekend and it ran beautifully. I am so pleased with how the car handled on the road and around town. TJ and Molly were so kind and considerate with all my concerns. A huge thank you to the team that worked on my “Black Pearl”!!
