7-Eleven

I've been going to this 7-11/Sunoco for years and most of the employees know me and they are always friendly to me! I get refills there all the time and they always hook me up since I'm a regular and they always treat me with respect since I give them respect to 💚

Since they have been 7/11 , the employee's are always pleasant . The store I'd kept clean and neatly. It doesn't look like a dungeon as it did before .

It kills me when I read all the one Stars but in reality the bums like to hang out at that bus stop the owner of the 7-Eleven is always working with the Pinellas County Sheriff's office the runoff the Riff Raff

Miss Mary and Miss Ya-Ya always make the visit pleasant and they do their best to keep customers and themselves smiling

It has a somewhat wide variety of personal items, and a lot of drinks. Some snacks available but not as much a variety as precovid.
The staff is fantastic! Very upbeat, happy and HELPFUL!!!

Clean, neat, orderly.

I'm NOT sure what to say in a positive way about my experience today or my experience last March '23. Today, I walked into the store and was greeted by the Clerk; no problem. As always, I wear a hat and I walk with my walking pole or poles. I do the same thing every time I'm there; I go to the ATM & then I start checking my lottery tickets on the Ticket Checker. However, EVERY TIME, I go to THIS place I have noticed that the FEMALE Owner watches me like a hawk. She doesn't try to hide the fact that she is watching me. MY guess is it's because I am African American/Black. THIS IS NO ILLUSION IT'S A FACT. As stated previously, ALL I do is go to the ATM, check my lottery tickets, and sometimes I buy tickets out of the Lottery Machine. ALL of this is done in the same area. I never go any further than the aforementioned area; never anywhere else. This woman doesn't know if I $200 million dollars in the bank or $2 million dollars in the bank, she is simply focusing on the colors of my skin. So sad!!! There's really nothing else to add except these are NOT the ONLY times that this has transpired at this location with the same individual.

I am a regular customer of that place, in fact, I know and get along with most of the employees,
but it turns out that today when I visited the establishment around 3:30PM-4:00PM to buy a pack of Cigarettes I was a victim of the rudeness of the a new employee. My complaint is not because he did not let me pay Cash with a Dollar coin that completed the total amount, is because the terrible behavior in which he treated me all the time.
After exchanging the Dollar coin for a dollar bill at a nearby establishment I returned later, he treated me very rudely and asked for my ID (I am 42 years old and Unfortunately I don’t seem-21) I Can understand the procedure, I did not have my ID with me, I also understand why he refused to sell me the pack of cigarettes because I didn't have my ID with me; What is incomprehensible to me was the DENIGRATING TREATMENT with which he verbally expelled me from the store, humiliating me in front of other customers. I will never go there again as long as he is working there. In fact, I'll go on another shift to report him to a supervisor.
I have no complaints about the rest of the Staff

I quit going to this location because of the rudeness of the employees. Previously, this was my location for years. The rudeness happened once, I can understand anyone having a bad day but then it happened again the next 2 times. I go to another location where they treat me nice & with respect. I believe it was the early morning manager who made me decide to quit coming here. I seemed to be a bother to her one day when I asked about a brand of e-cig you carry. She did not appear to want to answer any questions, like I was bothering her. That was it for me. I'll never go there again. You have lost a customer.

I went in to get a small cup of ice for my daughter because she is teething. Cashier said 27 cents that is fine. But I had 0 change even tore my car apart trying to find a quarter. And he would not take my bank card.
So that was a waste of time pretty sad.
