Very nice and gets you in quick

Dr. Mann is a wonderful dentist. Painless procedures, careful cleanings, very personable, and in the past was willing to work with finances. However the woman at the counter was extremely rude when answering our questions. She was huffing because I asked her questions and was mostly unable to answer them even though she has been there for a decade. Ultimately she screwed up the accounting, undercharged us, then went back and had to do a second charge on our card since she was unable to account correctly.

This man is unethical charging me $140 for an office visit when no care was rendered! Beware! Also, the woman at the front desk is very rude. Apparently they haven’t learned any skills when it comes to customer service.
