Elena was great, help me find the items I needed at another store and made a order through her store for me to go directly and pick it up. She did not have to do all that for me and she took her time to do it.

I was needing to purchase a DeWALT wireless sander. I spoke with Monica who was able to locate the only one they had left in the store. She went above and beyond helping me by getting me the number that was needed for the associate in the tool department to find it. Once it was located she processed all of my paperwork and my purchase. I received the tool the very next day. She is proficient and professional. Thank you Monica for your great help. This is my personal OG store I remember going here as a child exactly the same as I remember it and seems like they have great sales going on clearance items as well. I scored this UV light sterilizing wand for only $5.

I just want to give a shout out to Port Richey Home Depot on US 19. Their new rental department is amazing Phil, Juan and Ben all amazing they helped me out so much. I felt comfortable talking with them and they were very knowledgeable about everything that they had it was amazing watching them work with me and other people at the same time and giving me just the same amount of respect and courtesy, as they did each and every one of us in the store at that time, thank you so very much again. We went for the free kids' event and had a blast! We didn't know where to go, and the lady we spoke to on the way in - I didn't get her name - told us exactly where to go. The two people working at the sign in for the were exceptionally nice.

Staff is very helpful with finding items and assisting my questions on home improvement. Store is usually very organized and clean.

We frequent Home Depot not only for our household needs but it is dog friendly so I take my pugs here to walk while we shop in a cool environment. The employees are all friendly and helpful. We always manage to fill a cart too as we are new homeowners.

Always have a good time when I go there like a kid in a candy store

I think Home Depot is a great place to shop for all your home improvement needs. They have a wide selection of products and the staff is always willing to help. The prices are competitive and the quality of the products is excellent. I would highly recommend Home Depot to anyone looking for home improvement supplies.

Love Home Depot, unlike the other store, you can actually find knowledgeable people here who will help you.

I visited another local Home Depot location two days in a row, and both times received very poor customer service. I went to this US 19 location instead. Within just minutes of visiting the paint department, Amie had everything taken care of, AND she seemed so happy helping me! She should be recognized and perhaps be used to train other locations in amazing customer service!! Thank you!!

Their packout stock is pretty impressive - although a bit scattered about. They had multiple packouts I have never seen before sold in a store.

I love this place !!! Only problem I have is I have to go back another 2 times at least to finish any project. I always forget something… lmao

Richie is the person to see. I was looking for a weather vane bracket. Any other store I would have been lost for an hour. Richie went out of his way to help me locate it. From now on I will drive past other stores just to come to this one. Thank you for the great service.

I love this garden center

When I moved to Port Richey in 1998 there was only the one Home Depot on US. 19 and until today it is my favorite. But in any other H.Depot store you can let me loose and I can spend hours in there just looking around.
They have a great variety and usually I find everything I need. The store always looks and smells clean. The prices are about the same as in other home improvement stores.
You can order online and pick up about one hour later either inside or they bring it outside to your car.

This place is big and sometimes you might get lost, but you always have someone to help you mostly. But there are times where you can’t get help anywhere
Customer Service is amazing as well as cashiers.

Very helpful non employees. They (employees) like helping MEN not WOMEN. 2 people Men were helped I was there searching all the time. When the employees were through helping the men they just walked away from me when I was standing right in front of them and I made a comment boy I guess they don't like helping women and the man said what do you need there and I told him he says oh well I can help you I'm a plumber and he showed me exactly what I needed what a nice guy. What I thought I needed I didn't need and this is what I end up getting.

I visit the store on January 6, 2023 at 10:31 AM. Jacqueline was my Sale cashier and I just want to give her kudos for handling a very upset client. It had nothing to do with her but had a lot to do with the client and his lower back that was in pain. Thank you so much Jacqueline for not escalating your personal emotions but you kept it very professional.
