Oh my goodness... Looking for a book? I walked in there & could've stayed for HOURS! I went in there looking for 3 different genres & specific authors & found every single one PLUS so much more. And they don't break your bank account lol they even had a discount section. It's now a special treat to myself when I can get there. Big THUMBS UP 👍😁

Store is always clean. They also work hard to keep it fresh and stocked with new products or products you don't see often. The coffee bar inside adds to the atmosphere and always smells lovely.

It was wonderful to roam through the store all kinds of surprises for good gifts and so many great books. The associate that waited on me was very kind. I purchased 4 gifts for ladies at my Church. So a very successful trip.

I only went here because I was trying to get coffee and I thought the Joe Muggs was it's own little coffee shop , turned out it was inside the books a million . And the customer service was so good I will definitely go back just to sip a cup of coffee and relax again. Maybe even check out some books . The women behind the Joe Muggs counter so so friendly and warming welcoming , and she didn't just look at me without even smiling and go ..."can I help you" like some places extremely rudely do to me in this area. Her smile was not only genuine , but ear to ear and I was actually greeted with a " hello, how are you today? " instead of being treated like a hoodlum or bum. And the coffee was good. 😌👍🏾

Huge selection of books they also have toys, games, calendars, etc.. The coffee shop located inside is very good as well. Friendly staff, I have never had a bad experience here. This is a great place to find a gift for somebody.

As an avid book reader, Books-A-Million is top tier! From the fresh brewed coffee scent to the large variance in their book selections, Books-A-Million is the place to be.

Parents: look into any upcoming activities that they may have. The attached photos were taken at the Harry Potter birthday celebration- FREE for all who attended. Children had the opportunity to make potions (slime in a potion bottle), paint wands (made from chop sticks), a Tri-Wizard Cup Tournament (whichever house had the most children show up), and a variety of other Harry Potter themed games. The host was all dressed up in her house robe and even brought along an interactive sorting hat!! Definitely an experience that my children will never forget.

my husband and i have been going here for the entirety of the nine years we’ve been together. we had several of our first dates at this bookstore, so it has a special place in our hearts. every visit is pleasant, the staff are always helpful and kind, the selection gets bigger each time we go, and we are just so happy it’s still around!

We went just before Christmas and they were very busy, but the selection was huge, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and the experience was terrific.

I've been a customer of this store for many years. This was my first time back since COVID. The store has not changed much during that time. It continues to have a large selection of books, music and toys/ memorabilia related to popular works of literature. It was and is still THE best brick-and-mortar bookstore around.

Always something interesting to find, I took my dad for a woodworking hobby book. He got a scroll saw magazine he likes.

Every one is friendly and easy to get a long with and you can fine what ever book you are looking for I will go their again soon

They have a lot of cool things not just books. They have a variety of collectibles from Disney to Anime.

Not very many of these locations are still opened. Always enjoy finding new books to read.

This is my go to bookstore! Elizabeth the manager is fantastic. Always as helpful as she can be even when she's busy. Very clean and organized facility.
