I called in need of a repair. They were able to get someone out to give me an estimate within a day or two. Dustin was able to come out. He's very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I first dealt with Roy to get an estimate for a complete rip off of the old roof, and then install a complete roof. Roy was very personable, professional, and just down to earth. He was upfront and stated any additional lumber needed as substrate would be added to the estimate but couldn't be determined until the roof was removed.

After getting two estimates I selected Farrell and a date was set once we selected our shingles.

A crew of 12 showed up on the approved day under their crew chief Abel.
Again, everyone on the crew was professional, courteous, and extremely personable, and they all knew exactly what their job was. They covered all the windows/doors and the pool before they began stripping off the old roof. They actually stripped and installed the new roof in a day. Able answered every question, and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with every step of the process. They even completed work on a portion of the pool cage (overhanging the old roof) that was suppose to be handled by another company.

They worked as a team throughout the day, including completing a thorough clean up around the house, and in the adjacent neighbor's yards, to insure all the debris and nails were picked up.

I would highly recommend using this crew if I was going to have another roof installed, and I'm going to tell you that I was very meticulous about every process of the install.

After getting 2 other quotes I decided to go with Farrell because of how professional they were and also because the pricing was perfect for the job.
They also got me scheduled quickly and started the job at 8 am on Jan 24th and were done that afternoon. I couldn't be happier.

Farrell roofing did my roof in 2014. 7 years later in 2021, I had a non-destructive leak in my garage, they came promptly and fixed it perfectly. 9 years later in 2023 I had another non-destructive leak in office room, again, they came promptly and fixed it perfectly. It was heavily raining and storming and I felt bad, and asked them to postpone the work but they did not want to leave me with the leak, and they kept on working in this very bad weather.
No questions asked except my address, no run around, no waste of time, no hassles.
This is a TRUSWORTHY company. They support their work for years. I definitely feel safe about my roof condition with them.

Farrell Roofing was AMAZING! We had our shingle roof replaced in 1 day! Their crew of 15 people showed up at our house at 7:30 am, as promised, and were able to complete the job before end of day. Even with heavy rains mid-day, they finished the installation and thorough clean-up. There were several areas that needed replacement of plywood and the crew took their time to make sure it was done properly and thoroughly. We are so very happy with their quality of work and service. I would not hesitate to refer Farrell Roofing. It's wonderful to have quality work and service provided especially in these current times when other contractors give less than average service; if they even show up!

They are always on time, very friendly and professional. They also use top quality materials. They did a fantastic job start to finish in one day. Removed my rusty leaky 5V crimped metal roof and replaced it with a brand new 5V Crimp Galvalume Roof. Outstanding customer service, communication and workmanship. We were very impressed with the Team that Farrell sent to install the new roof on our house. Very organized, very professional, and attentive to detail. They truly did work as a Team - through light rain and the two coldest days that we have had in this area of Florida in many years. This was a pretty big job requiring a great deal of Plywood and Facia replacement, but even with the extra work and weather conditions they were able to complete the job in two days. For anyone needing a new roof, I will definitely recommend Farrell Roofing.

Farrell Roofing , Inc did an A-1 job installing two different house roofs for us. Everyone we dealt with at Farrell Roofing was courteous and knowledgeable. During the roofing replacement process, we were updated of any necessity for wood replacement . We were shown pictures and the actual areas pertaining to this wood damage prior to its replacement.
The roofing crew was excellent. They wasted no time in getting our larger roof job done in one and one- half days. The smaller roof was completed in one day. The roof lines and shingle lines are straight, and smooth.
The crew's clean up and the reattachment of our eavestroughs was thorough and all old nails and roofing materials were removed from our yard. They were also respectful of our property and kept their vehicles off our yard and pavers. The roofing crew also kept their work music to an acceptable volume. We are very pleased with Farrell Roofing and we are happy to recommend them !

I was referred to Farrell by a friend in the construction business, who had used them before, and said I would be very happy with the work and the results. I called to get an estimate and Roy came out, was very professional and upfront letting me know what situation I was looking at, and gave me an estimate and several choices of shingle color they offer, before he left. Alicia walked me through the process of accepting the estimate and a few days later called me to let me know when the crew would be out to do the job. Juan and the crew showed up just before eight and began work. He answered all of my questions and later let me know of a few things that needed to be addressed, and how they would be taken care of.
