Really happy with the service and rates at Third Feferal. As we enter uncertain economic times, my husband and I decided to take out a HELOC as a safety net. We priced many lenders and couldn't believe how fair the rates were at TF. Obviously we signed but the best part of our experice as customers was Chael! She is a gem and took her time explaining the product and process to me. She was prompt in returning my emails or phone calls and really helped to lessen my nerves as it was our first time using an equity product.
