Pasco County Tax Collector - West Pasco Government Center

Kind of looks like it was set up by someone with OCD as everything is squared away and in line. There was probably close to 40 people there for various things, but we were there to pay property taxes. You can check the TIMESTAMPS of each pic to see how fast we were in and out. Took all of ~10 mins from Parking the car to Walking out of the Tax Collector's Office. One organized & efficient operation

My number 1 go-to tax collector office… I have been to gulf harbors a few times in the past year but I come here more often for the incredible customer experience. You all have never let me down and have always been very respectful and helpful. Thank you!!!

Great experience today at this location! Dimitri, my daughter’s driving examiner, went over and above trying to jump start my car because the battery decided to die on this important day. Eventually got it started and my daughter got her license quickly after she passed! I’ve been twice to this location and the staff are always friendly, professional and short wait times. 👍

This location can get very busy but the wait times have not been too long. I have been through worse in the City and County of Honolulu. If you think Pasco County is bad... try the one in Honolulu which is hell on earth.

They are efficient here. The ladies and one gentleman who helped me the times I was at the counter have all been helpful and patient with me.

Best dmv i have visited, i drive 30 mins just to go to this one. People are always polite and make everything quick and easy!

I have lived all over the United States from New York and Washington DC to the deep south of Florida, Mississippi Louisiana out west Los Angeles. I have visited many DMV‘s across this country and as a 15 year citizen a Pasco County this is by far the most efficient DMV I have ever been associated with. Also very professional, courteous, patient & knowledgeable. Patient in your industry is such an important factor because you’re spread so thin and the people are very very demanding and rude at times. Thank you. I never read the times that I have to visit your offices.

Love this dmv, the process was beyond quick and the room was packed! They did it with such ease, the lady that helped me get my endorsement was super nice and when I forgot to grab my card back from her she came running out to stop me! (The card was my certificate. she could’ve just thrown it away) I’m so happy she came running out to give that to me because I happened to end up needing it!! Love love love this dmv :)

I went in to have my suspended license reinstated. I read the reviews about efficient service, but after dealing with the one on US19 all these years I wasn't sure if I believed them. I got my number and sat down, as I read my number it had already been called. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Incredible

Walked in to renew my tags, as always, it took less than 10 minutes from walking in and walking out. This is a well-oiled machine 👏 👏 👏 👏

Hands down the best DMV I’ve ever visited!! Every time I come here it’s in and out no matter the time of day or number of people. Everyone is super respectful and kind.

Have you ever seen a DMV with so many positive comments? Every time I have had to come here I’ve only ever had to wait a minute or two maximum. The clerk has always resolved all of my needs and recommended other things I had not thought of. This is the best run DMV I have ever been to.

I have seen great service before elsewhere but this center is exemplary! Our family just relocated to the area. Never did we expect to be basically treated like well… we had arrived at home. From the moment we walked in to conduct our business to the time we left we were shown great courtesy and appreciation. After a difficult long distance move it was a relief not to experience any stress at a DMV. A pleasant surprise!

Absolutely wonderful experience getting my drivers liscense and registration here. Fast, efficient, and very friendly. Never thought I'd say that about a government office but this location is very well staffed so they saw me within 2 minutes, even though there were about 15 or 20 other people there. Very kind people.

I have never been so happy with going to the DMV! These guys have a system, and it works. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get anything done. A couple of weeks ago I had to take two of my boys to get liscences and after about 7-10 minutes of waiting we were called. The lady behind the counter took care of both of time and we were out by minute 20.

The customer service is always very professional and they are always happy to answer any questions that you may have.

Seriously an unreal experience. Whoever manages this office is doing everything right I say this bc the workers are expressive of being happy at work, they seemed to be into the job. My guy at the photo, i wish I got his name bc I would say he rocks at window 21.. my next window was Sage. This guy and the guy to his right, they are happy and seem to cruize thru the day with such great attitudes. Who knew the DMV could be a nice experience? The line outside was brutal in the sun yet it was a short wait bc this office id moving and hustling to get you in and out.. i had to drive from broward bc their online appointment system is a joke and after 3 months of trying we gave up. So to drive 6 hours and end up with our IDs accomplished with ease, really made our day. BEST DMV EVER!!! WHATEVER THEIR DEAL IS THEY GOT IT.

I needed to re-register my tags. I entered the building at around 10:20 a.m. on a Monday and was back at my car by 10:30 a.m. By far, the easiest and quickest DMV experience ever. Good job.

Everyone is very nice and efficient. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Updated my DL and my vehicle registration. It was absolutely a pleasant experience (for a DMV, that's saying something!)

Ryan at counter 11 was awesome. Went into the system and saved my lil brother over $200 on his registration for his new car because he had an old plate that he returned a long time ago in the system. You're awesome ryan

I came in around 2:00 and as soon as my butt hit the seat they called my number. I thought something was wrong but nope they were actually this fast. It might not be like this every time but, I've only heard Nightmares of the DMV, it did cost $200 but I was out fast.
